  1. I use all Adam's Polishing Products on my car.

They have great wheel and tire cleaners that will not harm the finish and work really well. They offer specific wheel cleaning brushes as well to reach behind the spokes and inside the wheel drum.

keeps my wheels looking brand new all the time :)

  2. I use nothing but Adam's Polishes and products.

Best you will ever get. And it's backed by a 110% Guarantee.

They have a wonderful Forum and plenty of tech support to help you make the most out of your experience. I personally bought the machine polishing kit to start and have added things here and there ever since. Once you try one product, you're gonna want them all! (cue in Pokemon theme LOL).

  3. I think I'll chime in on my experience on my FF Ti.

I heard a weird creaking/cracking/clicking noise coming from my rear driver side door. Long story short, it turnes out it was a combination of bent trim where the seal mounts to and the piano black -b-pillar trim piece was faulty. They fixed the door and replaced the trim piece and all is well.

  4. Gremlin, the puddle lamps can be a kind of tricky to remove. There is the obvious clip which when pushed will drop one side of the lamp but the other side will still catch. The trick is to pry at opposite side of the clip in tandem. I happen to have a small plastic pry bar that I had left over from an Apple iPod screen replacement project. On the clip side I use a very small flat head screw driver. It takes a while to synchronize it but once you drop the first one the second one will be much easier. Be careful not to slip when applying pressure and scratch the underside of the mirror. Here is a quick video I made for you. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PHAvY39UERo

    AWESOME!

    THANK YOU!

    I will try this tomorrow!

  5. Watcha got planned for the puddle lights?

I have a type of projector for them. I'm going to see how they work up high in the mirrors where the factory ones are. If it doesn't, They'll be in the bottom of the doors.

I followed that but the other half of the housing doesn't come out for some reason. It's stuck. I pulled, flexed, twisted and pryed with no luck.

The tab part came out fine, but the retaining clip side of it won't budge!

  6. I'm having trouble removing my puddle lights.

I attempted it for a little while but gave up because of rain.

I was able to unclip one side of the puddle light but the other half seems stuck in the mirror housing. I pulled pretty hard but it didn't budge.

Any tips or suggestions? I don't want to break it.

  7. Started my LED and HID Conversion.

So far did the reverse lights, trunk light and license plate lights.

I have something special for the puddle lights but for some reason I could not remove them. I got the first half out but the other side of the housing will not come out. I don't want to break it.
