As I've said in my post. This guy, Is is great shape. you would be hard pressed to guess his age, I promise you. . I could share more of his story. But I respect him and he is a private man. One thing to note. We can never assume anything as to why someone works for a long time. It can be due to hard times, Or it can be for GREAT reasons/causes etc. Some would rather leave a legacy worth leaving. Than live a life doing nothing.
"A Legacy" really, We're working in a factory. It's Not a profession like the doctor or lawyer. We're work in a job that You really have to go out of your way to get fired from. And your saying it like it's some big accomplishment. Come on really, that's what your going with " we're building a lagecy!" Come on??

I said it once I'll say it again. All you"old timers" need to try to be intellectually honest.Ford is not a career choice. Nobody ever grew up saying " I want to be a line worker when I grow up." And going around bragging I've got 39, I've got 40 hell I've got 50 years in. Who gives a great damn, you are bragging about keeping a job you can't get fired from. Great job boys and girls now go home and stay there so your kids and grand kids might have a job now. Thanks

And someone please explain to me how liviona can be asking people to stay home for last week and this week with or with out pay (personal time or unpaid), because they have to may. And yet still post for a nother 100+. But yet there still trying to do what's best for their members.

Aren't these three same people bitching how taking plant seniority was not fair to them. Come on be consistent in your arguments please. We've (182 99s and 2000s) have been through this seniority game to many time.

Now according to the new contract don't the ILO'S have to be picked up before anyone transfers from map to another facility?

Called MAP labor relations today. They told me that if you are currently on an assignment you are NOT eligible to sign for any transfer postings. Anyone else who is actively working at MAP or on ILO is eligible to sign, even the formerly known as Entry Level Employees.
