As with seemingly everything new, the new forum software has created a new learning curve as to how to find content.  We've made some changes tonight that will make it far easier for users to navigate the site.

Now you can simply click on "My Activity Steams" in the menu bar when you're logged in and you'll quickly find handy links to:

  3. Blue Oval Forums has an advanced content and forum activity application. Not only can you easily find new content that you have not read or all new content, you can create your own custom activity streams to suit your needs.  You can create several different custom content streams to better tailor your needs.

    Here's how:

    Step 1

Login to your account and hover over the "Activity" tab and then to the "My Activity Streams" dropdown.

    Step 3

From here you can customize your own content discover search functions.  These custom streams can be based on forums, images, tags or calendars.  You can further tailor it to include when it was posted, ownership and more.

If you wish to follow content in certain forums, you can click on "content types" and then the gear icon to select which forums you wish to receive updates to.  The same applies for events, images, etc.

Finally, don't forget to name your custom stream and click on the "Save Changes"

  4. When you’re at the Henry Ford, spend some time driving around the test track area. You just might see some prototype driving around. Definitely try and catch the Rouge tour. If you’re into history check out “Fairlane” which was Henry Ford’s mansion on the Rouge River and the old Ford Piquette plant where the Motel T was born. For non-auto stuff, the Detroit Zoo is always a winner, plus it’s near Troy too.

If you're at Greenfield Village, take the train or walk to the Susquehanna train stop. From that platform, you can look into Ford's Dearborn Proving Ground. You can catch a Diamond Jack boat tour starting in the city of Wyandotte that's nice too.
