Thanks! I contacted Ford Customer Care, they were surprised as well with the vehicle status, so they escalated the investigation to a regional manager. Should have a reply back in 1 or 2 days. So we will see what they come up with.

 

Also found out that vehicles (with same equipment) that were built before and after have shipped.
