The ignition coil/ECU issues with the 3.5l engine needs to be recalled not a freaking tsb. We as customers pay alot of money for these vehicles and to have ford just send out a tsb is like a slap in the face. I myself cant just drop $3000 for repairs of poor design. Ford has lost this customer for life, you better wake up before many more jump ship. Ford has really disappointed me on this one. Misfire due to poorly designed oe ignition coils that also destroy the cars ECU.

Well my friend... Hate to be bearer of bad news, ford has only a tsb, wont recall this issue, every ford with this engine has this issue. The fix... 6 new updated coils, new plugs, new computor for the great price of $3000. The ford rep im pretty sure has dealt with this

I HAVE A 2013 EDGE WITH 29755 MILES AND IT MAKES A THUNK/CLUNK NOISE WHEN LET OFF THE BRAKE PEDAL AND BEFORE PUT FOOT ON THE ACCELERATOR PEDAL. IT SOUNDS LIKE SOMEONE HITTING HITTING A WORKBENCH WITH A HAMMER. THE DEALER HAS REPLACED THE BRAKE PADS FRONT AND REAR, THEY (THE DEALER) HAS ALSO TURNED THE ROTORS FRONT AND REAR. THE CALIPER CLIPS WERE ALSO REPLACED WHEN THE PADS WERE REPLACED. HERE IS A YOUTUBE VIDEO LINK TO HEAR THE NOISE http://youtu.be/pSqlizjq3Vs . PLEASE HELP WE LOVE OUR EDGE EXCEPT THIS NOISE.
Anyone else with 2010 transmission issues

Let me just take a guess here.... Just over 100,000 miles? Good luck, not a single trans shop will touch it, ford will quote you around $15,000.
Get rid of it
