Like to Welcome the LAP people to KTP. But also warn them.....your entering into a whole other world. I'm a former LAP worker.....it took me years to get use to KTP! Worked at LAP from 96-99 and I'm just now getting were I can tolerate some of the things that go on at KTP. More than likely most of you will go to the New Trim Dept.

Low we've been at the bottom for a long time and guess what, we will be there for at least 5-10 more years (providing we still have a job).
Also Low, our committeeman was the bottom vote getter, he snaps at everyone who has a question. I don't see him getting re-elected.
I've heard several people say they are worried about LAP closing, but I remember them saying that the retooling process won't start untill August 09 so i guess we will find out for sure then. I personally dont believe that they will close the plant because that is where Ron is from.
Go Ron for standing up in Washington for our Union brother's and sister's! Still scared tho, it's up to the White House to bail out the Big 3 now.
True....Ron's home plant is LAP. But the thing that scares me is...this is his last term. He can not be re-elected.

What has me wondering is how is this gonna effect the people that has worked at KTP thier whole career and only end up being pushed out of a job if times get worse.
Does not matter.......who worked at the plant the longest. It's company time....nature of the Beast.

I got an idea.....we can all work for free. What...5-8% of a vehicle price is Union wages. $30,000 car at 6% wages. $1800.....Ford and the other 2... can pass the savings down to the customer! GREEDED FUCKING CORPORATE PIGS.... LOL.... Yeah.... that will happen.

Bought a 2012 Focus....did not come with Sirius radio. But it looks like its Sat. ready...looking for someone that might know what I need to do to get it turned on. I work at KTP...Eng. there said its a software issue...they do not use modules anymore...dealer tells me I need a module.
Help
