Working 5-10s does not mean there is no room for more products. LAP(2crew) did it... Ran the Ranger, Explorer, Mountineer for 5-10s every other Saturday for yrs. 2 crew system saves the company more than you might think. Health care comes to mind. Am I happy about whats going in the plant...Hell No! KTP was a 2 crew plant..was for 20+ yrs with more than one product. 5-10s every other Saturday. Been there... done that. Back to cutting a shift....I'm hearing they might disperse c crew. Meaning the c crew people will go to work available....cents its the added shift. Guess we will have to wait and see. Peace

The Company has come to the table with some depts going to 2 crews, some staying on 3. Nothing set in stone yet. But I'm sure it's coming....do not see how they will pull this off without some kind of layoff. They will be lucky if half the people that signed up for the buyout take it.

One of the launch guys told me Dec.12....should be one hundred percent.
