cncr04s mine was scheduled for Monday as well. Just looked at COTUS an it says "in production" as well. Hopefully mine will be shipped soon.
Was Monday the 'Build Week' estimate from COTUS? Or was this the Blend Date from the window sticker? The build week is estimated early in the process, the Blend Date will be the actual day the car goes on the line. Mine was today.

yeah, i get that it could be tough. given that hundreds a day are built, i can see how they'd all start to look the same. Too bad ford doesnt set up some kind of camera in certain areas that could snap a shot, tie it to the car thats currently there, so you could search by VIN and see pictures of a car in production. would be pretty neat for special orders. Or a low tech method, when a car shows up as a retail order, put a disposable camera in the car that stays with it (and gets used to snap some pictures) all the way to the dealer, then let the buyer develop the film.

well that sucks. i didnt realize that it wasnt allowed. i guess since ive seen pictures from the factory before. any idea why its not allowed? i cant see it being because of anything proprietary, especially in areas where there are tours, plenty of videos online, etc.

I recall someone posting here that they may know someone at the factory. Does anyone know someone who might be able to snap some pictures of a car while is on the assembly line? Blend date is 08/29, and it will have the OTT stripe that may make it easier to spot...

-Walk Away Auto LockWith advanced keyless entry, when exiting the car, you have to touch a 'button' on the door handle to lock the door. The car is obviously capable of detecting if the remote is in range (for unlocking purposes). Why not use this for locking the car also? If I get out of the car, and walk away, the computer should notice that the remote has left the area, and automatically lock the car.-Tire Fill AssistantTPMS is capable of showing the exact tire pressue of each tire on the dash. Why not use that data to assist in filling the tires to the correct pressure? If the tire pressure is lower (or higher) than the defined pressure for the tire, and filling the tire starts to increase the tire pressure, monitor the pressure until it reaches the desired pressure then beep the horn. This would allow for getting the correct pressure on the first try every time, instead of inflate, test, inflate, test, deflate, test, etc. until you get it just right.-Eco Modefor any car that has selectable modes, add an ECO mode. Save fuel by reducing available power to restrict the acceleration curve, optimize shift points for fuel economy, reduce load on the engine by limiting air conditioning systems, configure cruise control to acceleration more slowly, etc. Even a Mustang ownder might want to save some fuel on a long highway road trip.-MyKey Performance Limit ModeMykey currently only limits speed of a vehicle. But on a performance car (Mustang, for example), the full power of the car is still available. If one wants to allow child to drive the car, the speed can be limited, but the power curve cannot. Add an option for mykey to limit power and acceleration as well as set a top speed. Also add an option to restrict drive mode, steering mode, exhaust mode, to 'normal' mode (or maybe an ECO mode), along with the restricted performance.-Valet Mode with MykeySync 3 allows for a Valet mode, but the the MyKey system does not. add a valet mode that is selectable in the same way as MyKey settings. Enable ECO mode or Performance Limit mode to deter valet joyriding. Require a passcode to exit valet mode so that only the owner can exit valet mode. Alternatively, allow the kefob to detect when the key blade is removed, and automatically enable valet mode when the blade is removed. This would double as a 'quick release' to remove the fob from a keychain to give to a valet.

Anyone with a custom order waiting to be built with MagneRide, I just got this e-mail from my dealer:
I figured this was why I hadn't gotten a build date or anything yet, but only just now received confirmation of it.
When was your order? It sounds like it was recent and that you don't have a VIN yet? I ordered June 8, and have an EDD of Sept. 14.

A significant difference between the old Shaker and the new B&O is 1000w in the B&O vs 330w in the Shaker.
Where did you find specs on the sound systems? I havent seen wattage numbers anywhere.

mine finally shows up in cotus, and has a VIN, but no dates. Does anyone have any info on how long after showing up in cotus before you can generate a window sticker or see the build date, delivery date, etc?

The manual is more fun to drive but I couldn't give up the performance advantage of the automatic.
This really isnt surprising, automatics have improved significantly the last few years. I used to enjoy driving a stick, but nowdays, especially with a 45 mile commute in stop-and-go interstate traffic jams, its mostly become a chore. From what i have read about the A10, its shift patterns are excellent. Personally i'd rather get on with enjoying the drive without the chore of shifting.

Yeah, but be careful not to violate cyberdman's Tracking Rule #2.

Scheduled to Week (Week -of Aug-20-2018 )
ETA Sep 18-24
Yikes! The last i saw was that orders this week would be for late July. I just ordered last week, but was kind of hoping i might get scheduled this week for late July. If scheduling is already out to August, I guess I'm probably looking at Sept at this point. Under normal circumstances, without the 3 months worth of orders that were placed before production started, how long does it normally take before a new order gets scheduled?

Sorry if this is a stupid question, but where is the tracking forum? I saw another mention of an order tracking forum, and was looking for it, but didn't see one.

I had the same worry, but absolutely love the color. If i had gone to Ford to spend a week perfecting the perfect color blue for my own personal tastes, VB is exactly what i would have come up with. Got mine a week ago!
