I appreciate new members being active but how many posts in different threads/forums do you have to make with your comments about being anxious to take delivery of a Bronco Sport?
It was a comment about problems with my son's soft-top Jeep. That's why I won't buy a soft-top.

I was under the impression that soft tops where considered consumable items?
After what my son went through with his soft-top Jeep, I will wait for the Bronco hardtop. Hopefully my BS will arrive soon and I will drive that until the kinks are worked out with the Broncos.

Yes sir silvrsvt. It's the largest ranch in Texas. The 4 sections that comprise it have more land area than the state of Rhode Island.

I personally wouldn't buy of of these trucks that has been sitting for several months. There is going to be paint surface contamination. Are the dealers going to "clay bar" the trucks before delivery? How does the sun blaring at the tires affect dry rot? For those who don't drive many miles, the tires could be subject to a shorter life.
I haven't ruled out an F150 for my next truck purchase. But it will defiantly not be one sitting in the "rot lots". BTW-dealers run through their vehicles (generally) much faster than the vehicles that have been sitting in these lots.
I thought about the paint and critters moving in, but I never thought about the tires. It makes me feel better about reserving a second BS that came of the line fully assembled and shipped 2 days later.

I am starting to see a few more Bronco Sports driving around in Rhode Island. I have only seen 2 Broncos - one hardtop and one soft top. How often are you seeing them on the road where you live? Can't wait to get mine!

My problem is that I have 3 weeks before I don’t have a vehicle. Friend moving to AZ is buying my truck and is using it to tow his uhaul when he moves then as his base as his desert fun car. All was going well until I ended up in jail.I have two weeks before I don't have a vehicle. Original car order in jail! Just put a deposit on another BS that supposedly shipped this month. I can't go without a car until 11/3/21.

People haven’t thought this through, the logistics of shipping “dead vehicles” from holding yards to
dealerships is immense, it’s not like you can turn a key and drive them on and off trains or trucks,
it just doesn’t make sense to do that 45,000 times with F Series let alone all the other dead vehicles
Ford has. It’s a logistical nightmare as is the thought of fitting chips to vehicles in holding yards before
transport……
This just sounds like a disaster waiting to happen. My BS BB with a June build is still sitting in the Rot Lot waiting for the final chip needed. That's why I put another deposit on a BS BB that was built this month and should be at the dealers by the end of September. My first car has the dreaded 11/3/21 date.

I just don't get the design. Who in their right mind let that color out the door on a luxury car?
The interior looks like a 90's concept car interior. Why are two iphones in the corners of the dash? So many questions.
I had to go back and look at the interior photo. Now all I can see are the two phones! Not a fan of the color either.

Thank you for that information. I am very happy with my salesman. I understand each employee is giving access to some information, but not all the information.

My truck shipped a week ago. The dealer has pulled the Vehicle Visibility Report twice, and the rail car # is not there.
Anyone know how to get the rail car # other than the VVR?
ThanksI wish there was another way to ger the rail car #

This problem could go away if Ford stepped up and really brought transparency to the build process with their online tools. They have the data and I don't understand why they just don't expose it to the consumers through their own online portals.
I wish I could get the VVR for the Bronco Sport I ordered. I called my salesman and he didn't know what I was asking for and the gm wasn't available.

I plan on leasing my Bronco Sport and hopefully, when my lease is up, I will turn it in and be able to get a hard top Bronco,

I have a VIN Number for my Bronco Sport that was built in June and still sitting in a lot waiting for a chip. No updates on when all of those June builds will be getting the last chip.
