You might want to look at something like this. I see them mentioned a lot in the Tremor forum. Morimoto LED Headlights
I went with the Morimoto LED Headlights https://www.morimotohid.com/morimoto-super-duty-20-xb-led-headlights_3?quantity=1 and I have been very happy with them. The stock halogens are terrible.

Well, I'm gonna be "that guy" now. VVR shows truck is FINALLY at ramp 1K after 192 days of waiting for it to get there. To the ones that have shipped from that ramp, what's the wait time? Shipping to Tx. Just listed my 21 Tremor for sale, so I don't want to be another 192 days waiting for it to leave the ramp and be without a truck.
I was also at Ramp 1k. I'm not sure how many ramps there are or if there is any order to how trucks flow through that point.
My timeline:
Order Confirmed 08/27/21
In Production 05/18/22
Built 05/18/22
Shipped 07/15/22
Arrived at Blue Island 07/18/22
Arrived at Spokane 08/02/22
Arrived at Dealership (Montana) 08/12/22
Ready for Pickup 08/12/22
Received by me 08/13/22

Insanity! My truck was built after 6 months from order, went across the street to be fitted with wheel well liners and mudflaps, and then sat a couple of days. It was loaded on a railcar that I tracked from Kentucky through Illinois, Nebraska, Wyoming and finally into Utah. It stopped at the rail yard in Salt Lake City and two days later was unloaded AND THERE IT HAS SAT FOR 8 DAYS. I called the dealer and I was told my sales consultant would call back - HE DIDN'T. They said there was a shortage of car haulers. I explained that I have a pre-approved loan that will go up 1/2% next Tuesday if I don't have the truck. This equates to about $1500 more in interest to me.
So, If I hear nothing tomorrow, I am going to speak with the Sales Manager and tell him I expect a credit for the shipping charge since they failed to deliver a truck to me. How is it that my truck can go from Kentucky to Utah in less time than from the rail yard a mile and a half to the dealer? For crying out loud, call a tow truck to go get it. I am thinking it was damaged in shipment and they are trying to cover their tracks.
Any other things I should try?
Sharing my experience (not necessarily a recommendation)
I was concerned about interest rates when I recently purchased by 22 F-350. I spoke with my credit union and they said that they can process a loan as long as they have a VIN and a Purchase Order. I ended up signing the loan docs end of June and receiving the truck mid August. I did secure a much lower interest rate because of this (2.99 vs mid 4s that were available when I picked it up). However, I don't want to suggest that this is a good idea for everyone. I felt very uncomfortable while I was waiting for the truck to arrive as I wasn't sure about a situation where I was paying for a truck that I didn't officially own. It felt like there were a few things that could go wrong and I would have felt very silly for doing things out of order.

You can still get there by selecting the 2022|2023 Super Duty (under Trucks in the main menu of ford.com). Then using the dropdown menu to select 2022 Super Duty. From there you should see the Build & Price option. You can get to the inventory search from the summary on the build page.

When I search dealer inventory, I change the URL to expand the radius as the page only shows up to 100 miles. You should be able to use this link and just change the zip code and the radius.

118 days now since built, Still hasn't shipped. ?
I was excited that my truck was finally moving after 2 months in KY. Now, I'm going on 10 days in Blue Island, IL... I've been told that this location is a "black hole" and I probably won't get another update until it's at the dealership. Could be next week or 6 months from now...
I can't complain though as I've seen some movement. 118 days is ridiculous. They should apologize and give you a big discount. No excuse for this.

Convinced mine is M.I.A or damaged, delivered to another dealer, something! I can understand a week, a month etc....but I'm at 110 days today. As of yesterday, still awaiting shipping per the dealers VVR. Makes zero sense!
Yeah, that is ridiculous.
I spent about 30 minutes on the phone with Ford marketing yesterday. They agreed that my delay (much shorter than yours) and the lack of communication was not acceptable. The rep said she could not do anything about it but that she would pass on my concerns to her management.
The marketing department (800-392-3673) does not seem to have any direct access to any other part of the company. I don't think my call to them had anything to do with my status changing later that day but who knows? -
My Lariat Ultimate 6.7 CCSB sat in awaiting shipping for 55 days. I just got the update that it has finally shipped and is on the way. I was beginning to worry that they had lost it (maybe they did for a while!).

Looking for ANY insight as to why my built truck has not shipped yet. I'm at 98 days today after being built and released from the factory, clean, no holds etc. VVR shows only rail delay. Ford Customer Service has no idea, Dealer has no idea. On my 4th bump now. Next ''scheduled delivery week'' is 7/12-7/18. It should have already shipped to make those dates, which it hasnt. Looking for the 5th bump email any day now. It's always 30 days at a time. Seriously having doubts it will arrive this yr.
I'm at 50 days awaiting shipment (rail delay). They just moved my ETA to 7/28.
Towing Weight Confusion; RGAWR vs Payload Limit
in F-Series SuperDuty Forum
Posted
I'm not, by any stretch, an expert when it comes to payload but I can share what I know. Your payload is calculated by taking your GVWR (usually 10,000lbs in the case of the F-250 w/out the tow package) and subtracting the weight of the vehicle (before adding in cargo and passengers). The GVWR is what Ford believes is the maximum weight that the vehicle can handle safely. Individual axle weight ratings refer to the maximum load that the axle can handle safely. The maximum load that the two axles can handle together is more than the GVWR for various reasons (other components play into the calculation).
There are a lot of threads re the legal implications and the real-life experiences of people towing while exceeding recommendations. I personally follow the guidelines because I don't know enough about the details to disagree with Ford on their numbers.
