Ok I am super confused now - like they came in and edited your report after the fact or it just didn't update in the system somehow until now.
Now it says it was delivered to your dealership 2 days after the last (Dec 14th) update even though we checked it a few times in January and it never said that before now.
Delivered - Final Delivered Kennesaw, GA Dec-16-2021, 18:58 ET.
I would get with the dealership and your salesperson immediately. Good luck.
Thanks for checking it again. I’ll post an update once I find out what’s up with it. ??- 1

Hopefully the last check on this one..

There are no new updates at this time since the last one I gave you on Jan 5th unfortunately.
Bummer, thanks again for checking!- 1

I’m no longer able to pull this one up in the ford tracker for some reason. Do you mind checking to see if there’s any change in status?

Anyone else getting “We're sorry. We are unable to process this Order. Please enter a valid Ford Order/VIN” on the tracker? Truck’s been in transit for 5 weeks and was in GA last update. Received an email from ford stating that the ETA has been updated again but this time it shows a completely different dealer that it’s being delivered to in another state. Seems odd ?

I've been tracking my order on the ford site since getting the email stating the truck was in production 12/20/21. When tracking via ford I normally get a response that the truck is in production, today the page replied with "We're sorry. We are unable to process this Order. Please enter a valid Ford Order/VIN."
Is this just a ford website issue?
Yeah, the tracking site has issues pretty often it seems. -

You should check the Ford tracking website. It will have an ETA listed there that may have been changed from the original ETA shown on the email. My ETA was 1/7 - 1/13 but I just checked the Ford tracking website and it now says my ETA is 1/15. My truck is going to Florida and was supposedly also shipped 12/21
Mine shipped 12/9 coming to GA with 12/27 ETA. Keeps getting pushed back and is now 1/13. Not sure if the date on the tracker means anything at this point. -

Well…. I asked my sales lady to track my truck today. I could really use the dang thing next week! It’s been built and in the “shipping” section since before Christmas. The dang thing is done. SHIP IT ALREADY! I’m going to have to rent a 1 ton to move sim assets next week. I’d gladly spend that money to have my truck sooner!
Mine shipped 12/9 and has been sitting in ATL an hour from the dealer since 12/14. Shortage of drivers I guess ? -
$107k fully loaded ?

Awesome, thank you!

Good morning,
This truck has been in shipped status for 4 weeks according to the Ford tracker. Would you mind taking a look if you get a chance?

I really appreciate your time and any info you can provide!

This is exactly right!! My dealer even told me a couple of weeks ago not to be surprised to see my truck on their site when it ships from the factory. He says they list all incoming trucks on there to attract attention.
I noticed that at most dealers that were showing them in inventory. The one I ordered went on their site when the VIN was assigned and then was removed when it shipped. -
-
My order was submitted with priority code 10 and was scheduled within a week. Dealer is a part of a larger dealership group so maybe that makes a difference.
-
Can only imagine that this model will continue to drive up the used car market for the folks that are unable to wait. Good for the suppliers either way you look at it I suppose.

My ETA has changed 3 times so far. Assuming it must be generated by some conditional trigger in Ford’s system.

If your vehicle is on microchip hold it'll be noted on the Vehicle Visibility report.
Thank you. I’ve reached out to my dealer again to ask if they can see if there’s any sort of hold on the VVR. -
I haven’t gotten mine yet so I can’t quite rate the overall experience. Having said that, the communication from the dealer has been pretty poor but after doing some searching, it seems to be the new normal.

Your Dealer has 24/7 access to the Vehicle Visibility reporting system that includes complete order history, scheduling, production and shipping status updates through delivery to the dealership. They not only have the rail carrier and rail car number information but also continuous updates on the rail car location! Your Dealer either doesn't know, can't be bothered or worse.
They aren’t very responsive so I figured they probably have more info than they are giving me. Thanks for the insight.- 1

My truck shows shipped with email from Ford on 12/30 but now on a chip hold in Ohio. Built in KY now on a hold in OH. Cyberman was just as confused by this status. Not sure what to believe.
Kinda makes it sound like their system isn’t up to date. I’m hoping if mine was on a hold it’ll have whatever it needs soon since I got the shipping email almost a month ago. -

Quite simply, it's BS. As an employee, and dealers have access to the same info I had to track my truck. It was agonizing watching my truck stop on the rail every 100 miles and spend 24-48 hours sitting... the data is there
Good to know, I’ll reach out to my salesman again. I appreciate it! ?? -

Dealer is full of brown stuff. They have access to the detail data.
That’s about what I figured, they said super duties are harder to track. I was just interested to know if it’s actually left the plant or on some sort of hold.
