Finally got a schedule build week! Order entered 10/28. Email came from Ford on 7/13 at 9:04 AM EDT, for a week in mid August with the VIN.

Tracking website doesn’t show a “Scheduled Week of” yet, even though the email did. Guess that’ll update soon.

F-350 Lariat, SRW, 6.7 Diesel, Lariat Ultimate, Moonroof, Max Recline, 5th wheel prep, ProPower.

That's great!  I finally received a notice today as well with a mid-August production date!

Ordered 10/28   F350 Lariat, LWB , SRW, 7.3L , Lariat Ultimate, Moonroof, 4.30 , ProPower, & Winch.    I had the dealer remove Max Recline, wheel well liners, and All-weather floormats from my order to help the scheduling but probably should have left them on based on yours having the max recline and getting scheduled.

Anyone have a clue as to why a lariat ultimate- 350 SRW, Crew cab 8’ box, HO, spray in liner, goose neck prep, winch, pro power, Snow plow prep ordered 10/27/22 priority 10 hasn't been scheduled or built?

I'm probably wrong but still convinced it has something to do with the winch and Pro-power combo. The build page says you need the dual alts ( 410 amp) with the winch. But when you select the Pro-Power, it says you must remove the 410 amp dual alts.       I discussed this with my dealer and they say there is no conflict listed in the documents but I'm still suspect.

FWIW, I have similar options to yours and mine hasn't been scheduled either.  Ordered 10/28, Priority 10 for the past 3 months,  F350 CC. 7.3L, 8' Bed, SRW, Lariat Ultimate, Moonroof, Winch, Pro-Power

I’ve heard nothing from my Platinum build other than my sales manager telling me they are doing everything they can… I regret using this dealer. Thought being a big dealer that always had super duty’s would get more of then but the two smaller dealers by me have received many more.

I have the same concern. I ordered my last two SDs from a smaller dealer about 30 miles outside of Dallas and never had any issue. They were great about updating me. But I decided to try one of the largest dealers in Dallas ( nearer to me) on this go-round and nothing is happening plus bad service. They tell me they have LOTS of orders and I think I'm now just a small fish in a big sea and the squeaky wheels ( other customers complaining) are getting in front.

I received my "scheduled for production" notice last night.

Wow, so they're scheduling out into July now?!   The production date of July 24 is after the order bank opens for the 2024 models (  July 17).   I'm losing hope my Lariat (Ordered Oct 28) will ever be produced but if it's after July then might just decide to hold off for the '24?

Sales representatives often aren't aware of, or have access to, the resources available. For retail order status updates you should talk directly to the sales manager and request a copy of the actual status.

Interesting. My sales rep is telling me things like " your truck is about to be picked up by the factory, and it is scheduled for build between Week 15 and 18...." yet there is currently no VIN or confirmation of schedule.   Is this advanced scheduling info something they can actually tell from some system or would this be made-up info / wishful thinking by the sales rep?

Just in case anyone doesn't know... the dual alternator setup is different between the stand alone option and the PPO setup. The standard dual alts are both 12v. The duals that come with the PPO have one 12v and one 24v that is dedicated to the inverter. There are also two small batteries under the passenger side rear seat for the PPO.

Thanks for the info.  I saw that the PPO needs the 250Amp 12V and the 150Amp 24V alternator ( 400 total amps) .  But the winch needs the 410Amp set (250Amp 12V + 160amp 12V?)   So I'm wondering how will the PPO work with the winch option?

My f350 just got built this week and has 2k pro power.  Now, my build date used to be in February then got pushed to mid April THEN got moved to mid March.   Which option(s) caused all this, I have no idea.   Could it have been the spray in bed liner, wheel well liners, etc.  no idea.

That's great news that the Pro-Power isn't an issue preventing scheduling !!   So now my best guess is that the 410 amp alternator is holding up the show on mine (based on the bulletin posted earlier).   The winch requires the 410 amp alternators ( 250 + 160 amp) so I'm thinking about removing the winch from the order. Also very odd that the Pro power option required REMOVAL of the 410 amp alt per the Ford Build page but the winch requires the 410 amp Alt. Maybe those two selections together are causing a problem?‍♂️

Ordered my F350 Platinum on 10/28/22.  On December 15th, I received the email from Ford saying "Now here’s our promise to you. We know that waiting for delivery of your Ford is far less fun than actually driving it. So, we commit to updating you as soon as we can, at least once every 45 days regarding your vehicle’s production schedule status. No matter what."  On January 29th, I got that 45 day email update as promised.  So with that being the last email I've seen from them which is now 50 days ago, I guess I can officially say that Ford broke their promise.  Imagine that.

Yeah, I ordered 10/28 as well ( F350 Lariat Ultimate) and only received 1 email and it was at 90 days. It's been another 50 days since that email with no update and no build scheduled. I'm priority 10 at a huge dealership in Dallas so I have no idea why the delay in scheduling.

  9. I noticed something interesting on the build site. If you select the winch, it requires dual alternators ( 410 amp) but if you select the 2K Pro-Power onboard, it says it deletes the 410 amp dual alternators which are required for the winch.   So.... has anybody been scheduled for production who has selected both the Winch and Pro-Power??

Also per the video, we should delete wheel well liners.   Anybody been scheduled for production who has front and rear liners?

Just grasping at straws as to why my truck isn't being scheduled.  ( F350 SRW LWB 7.3 Lariat Ultimate - order placed 10-28)

I’m assuming I’m like some of you on here . I see lots of posts where people got their vins and a date . I haven’t . Ordered 10/27/22. No trims or items that were supposed to be job 2 and still nothing . Is it likely I have nothing because I’m priority 19? I’m guessing that’s the case . Just wondering if there are others like me out there :)

Same here! Ordered a pretty standard F350 Lariat Ultimate on 10/28 and nothing back from Ford. Dealer tells me it will be scheduled "any day now" but they've said that for two months. They did upgrade me from priority 19 to priority 10 about 4 weeks ago and still nada. They also said that the factory is reporting "no constraints" on options so nothing should be delaying the scheduling. I saw a photo today on Facebook of the Kentucky Racetrack "storage parking lot" with 1000's of  super dutys waiting for the OKTB. So seems like until that is done, nobody is getting one. I guess I'd rather have mine built later and shipped immediately rather than have it sitting in a lot for who knows how long. ?

As an FYI, it looks like Ford's Build website for the Super Duties got updated overnight.  While the link for build a 2022 is still there, it takes you to the 2023's.  The 2023's are now updated with more pictures, that actually change.  The 8' bed is now shown on the Crew Cab SRW trucks, the Sport Grille is shown on the XLT, the Roof lights get added, and if you change from bench to console seating, it makes that adjustment as well.  I think some things are still missing (12" inch screen with Premium Pkg on XLT for example), but it definitely has a lot more than it used too.

Here is something odd.  Select the lay-flat seats option and view the side-view cabin picture. The rear seat changes to one without a center armrest, it pulls forward about 6 inches, and the rear underseat storage goes away.  I really hope that's a glitch in the webpage!?

  12. Did anyone notice on the Ford Superduty Build & Price webpage that the Winch is now $1000 more expensive?   It seemed awfully high at $3000 when I ordered in October but now is almost $4K!    Hopefully, my dealer honors the original order pricing but if not , that's not going to fly?.     Also noticed the destination charge is $100 more now.      Anyway still awaiting production date after ordering Oct 28.

I ordered a 2023 F250 Lariat with Ultimate Lariat Package on 10/27.  I have yet to receive any communication from Ford.  My dealer says the order has been received.  Should I have received at least some form of communication by now?  or have others experienced the same?

Same boat for me.  I ordered 10/28 ( F350 Lariat Ult SRW LB) and never received anything from Ford after the initial conf. My dealer was also able to provide a screen shot of the order from their system with confirmation so I'm confident the order went in.   My dealer changed the priority code last week in the hopes this would cause some movement. I don't know the previous priority code nor the current one .

450 lariat ultimate. Moonroof, HO, pro power, FX4, supplemental heat. I canceled the rest of my options that could be done aftermarket (bedliner, well liners, vault) as I decided against the ford liner, and didn't want to see the build to be help up by silly things I can easily add later. When I canceled the options my dealer had said there were no known holdups yet, but I went with my gut and it happened to get scheduled the very next day. To this day I have still not seen anything about potential commodity constraints.

The same day I did see someone with an almost identical build (including the bedliner though) get scheduled.

    Ok great info!

So looks like the winch is not going to delay anything per Fezzik's info. Per some older posts on this site, seems the MY22 had -- and now MY23 may have seat supply delays for KR, Platinum, and Limited which push those builds to J2.   Since I ordered the lay-flat seats ( which I don't even need ?) which is a feature of the higher level seats, I'm hoping that this doesn't mean the seats come from that supplier and it will delay the build.  Did anyone get scheduled who ordered the lay-flat seats? That's the only option I'm concerned about at this point. Just a little paranoia at work ?

Mine just got pushed back one week, so they are doing something over there..

Can you guys tell me when you ordered and what vehicles / trim?  I'm curious if one or more options I picked are preventing scheduling. I avoided the spray-in liner since that was an issue with the '22s, but I did opt for the winch and lay-flat seats which both have me worried will push my order to Job2.

  16. Is anyone else ( besides the few who posted earlier) receiving any production dates for their vehicles? I ordered on Oct 28 ( F350 Lariat Ultimate LWB SRW ) and received a message from Ford on Oct 31 saying there would be an update within 45 days. It's now nearing 60 days without any further info.   Just checking if others are getting production dates?
