  1. Which EOH actuator/pump do you have? With some, there’s not enough electrical resistance for the truck to recognize it’s still connected. A resister must be installed. I have a BrakeRite II SD system on my boat trailer, I had to install this to make it function properly. Link: EOH Adaptor

The EOH setting in the truck doesn’t help the truck recognize an EOH system, it only changes the programming to cut the gain to ZERO when the truck is not rolling.  This prevents the EOH pump from running continuously when stopped, such as at a traffic light. You can change your setting to “Electric Brakes,” and you’ll probably not see the “Disconnected” message, but your pump will run at times it’s not necessary.

  2. There is no message or signal that indicates regen on my 22, even with ForScan changes. I bought a iDash gauge, and with that I can monitor the DPF %, which is not actually spot load, but the % of the 500 mile regen interval. It also shows ”ACT”ive or”OFF” for regen status.

With ForScan, you can add a monitor for DPF soot load %, and you can add a toggle to turn “Automatic Regen” on/off.

I use the iDash to watch when the truck is approaching the 500 mile trigger, and will turn off auto regen if I’m not in a position to let it run completely. I’ll turn it back on, when I have a chance to run about 25-30 miles at highway speed. It seems every time I get to the mileage trigger, the soot load is still less than 70%.

If it's a CSX train call 877-744-7279. Option 2, then 1, then 3. After that say "location". It will ask for the car initials (COER), then the car number (900331). Then say "done".

The other rail lines have their own automated lines, you should be able to find out how to call from a Google search.

As of right now, the train car arrived in LaCrosse, WI this morning. She’s getting closer!

    Screenshot 2023-01-14 at 16-02-58 Window Sticker - windowsticker.pdf.png

Despite the heart attack over finding this window sticker on Saturday, today I received “Shipped” notification. Ten days short of the one year anniversary from my order date. I cannot access the window sticker today though.

I’ll believe it when I can sit my butt in the seat.

  5. My heart skipped a beat when I saw a new e-mail from Ford this evening.  I was hoping for a "Shipped" notification, but I should have been prepared for prolonged disappointment, I guess.  January 26th marks 1 year since ordering, and 120-ish days since "Built."

THE ESTIMATED ARRIVAL DATE OF YOUR VEHICLE HAS BEEN UPDATED.

    Dear Matt,

To ensure your complete satisfaction, we will require additional time before your 2022 Super Duty F-250 Lariat is delivered to Mullinax Ford. Your vehicle’s previous estimated delivery range of December 23, 2022, and December 29, 2022, has been updated to between January 24, 2023, and January 30, 2023.

We will continue to keep you informed regarding your vehicle’s estimated time of delivery.

    Thank you.

Still no direct updates from Ford after they missed my last delivery window on December 22nd. My sales manager got an email after his latest inquiry to corporate stating that a rail car shortage is delaying trucks out of Kentucky and another new delivery window.

    Ordered: 26 January 2022

    In Production: 17 August 2022

    Built: 17 September 2022

    Est. Delivery (5th? 6th? 7th? window): 13-30 January 2023

My dates are nearly identical to yours.

    Ordered: 1/26/2022

    Scheduled on: 7/14/22

    Produced: Week of 8/15

    Built: 9/29

Four missed delivery windows so-far. The last of which ended on 12/29, but I've yet to receive an update.

I don't believe what Ford says about there being a rail car shortage.  I think they have the same rail capacity as always, but because they shipped very few Super Duty's in September and October due to part/chip shortages they amassed a collection of 45,000+ trucks.  Then they began shipping complete trucks off the line while also trying to ship the September and October trucks at the same time, but there are likely no/few ADDITIONAL rail cars available.  It's not like there are 100's of them sitting around unused.

Does Ford ship everyday of the week?  I just trying to get a sense of when things move.  Soemtimes I feel like checking the tracker site on the weekends is a waste.

I don’t know how-often a loaded train leaves the yard, I’m just using daily production numbers as a basis for my theory.

    12/3/22-scheduled for production

    12/5/22-Built

    12/8/22-shipped with 12/20-12/26 eta

    12/21/22- arrived at dealership

    Congrats!

    Interesting thing with the dates;

Yours was ordered/confirmed 3 weeks after mine.

Yours went into production 4 months after mine.

Yours was built 3 months plus a week after mine.

Mine still has not shipped, I don't know when it will be delivered.  The latest delivery window is 12/23-12/29, but I doubt it.

After watching the various forums for the past year, it looks like the issue is when you get a chip hold and forced to “store” at the speedway.  Once there shipping is random. If built with no holds, looks like shipping is quick.  I’m a month post-build and lost in purgatory.  Over a year as of today waiting on a truck.  Never truly believed it would take this long.

Here's my theory; Ford is blaming the back-log of trucks at the speedway on the rail carriers not providing enough capacity.  I suspect that the rail lines are providing the same as they always have, but cannot provide ADDITIONAL capacity.  My understanding is that MOST truck coming off the line are complete, no holds.  Daily capacity is somewhere around 800 trucks, and this is volume of trucks the carriers can accommodate.  Ford is apparently only operating at 70% production capacity.  I believe they're shipping upto 600 trucks per day off the line, and pulling only 200-300 per day out of the Speedway.  Using optimistic numbers, it'll take 4-1/2 months to catch-up. Hopefully while the plant is shut down for the 22/23 changeover, they'll continue shipping and can whittle-away a good number of the Speedway trucks.  Fingers crossed.

Last evening, I received notice that Ford wouldn't meet the 3rd delivery window they'd provided me of 12/13-12/19 (duh), and updated it to 12/23-12/29.  Only punting it down the line by 10 days vs a month this time.  From what I can see/tell, the truck still has not "Shipped," and it's a long way from KY to WA, so I'm not holding my breath.

I'm one of those Aug builds you just mentioned (Aug 29) , two weeks ago I followed King Ranch's advice and sent emails to Ford's corporate offices, 4hrs later got a call from a young lady telling me she was turning this over to her trace and track team and that she would be in touch, she called a week later (last Friday) to let me know my truck was scheduled for delivery Dec 15, called again tonight to let me know it was now scheduled for Jan 1. She is very apologetic and said she is checking my delivery status every day,  will update me once a week if nothing changes, will call right away if something does. The delay in shipping is certainly frustrating, however the service and personnel updates this woman is willing to provide has been pretty amazing.

I've tried the same, and have received two phone calls, but the lady that has called me was able only to regurgitate what's on the Ford Order Tracking site.  Nothing more.  Unhelpful. I tried again today, and one of the three address is now blocked from receiving e-mails from unauthorized senders.  My guess is they've been inundated.  75 days since "Built, awaiting shipment," as-of today.  In the middle of my third anticipated delivery window, which I'm pretty sure will be missed, unless I'm in the group who receive their truck before the site it updated to "Shipped."  Still very irritating that recently built trucks are being built/shipped/delivered in the 75 days since mine was "Built, no-holds."

I got my email just now; 5 days after the latest stated arrival date. At least I got the email so I wouldn't have been perpetually in the dark.

I too received an e-mail this evening, pushing my delivery dates out another month from 11/14-11/20 to 12/13-12/19.  Initial dates were 10/23-10/29.  It was "Built" on 10/1. Ordered 1/26/22.

  12. How much of a truck has to be assembled, to be titled as a MY22?  It seems a lot of MY2022 trucks probably won't deliver until calendar year 2023, might not even see final assembly before 1/1/2023.  My truck went into production on 8/19/2022.  It wasn't "Built" until 10/1/2022.  Given a similar timeline 2022's, scheduled for the week of 12/19 might not be complete until 2/1/2022 +/-.

Got a email Sunday 10/15/22 stating my F350 KRU 6.7 LB that was ordered 1/8/22 was built , been checking all week and tracking shows still waiting on shipment.

Mine was "Built" on 10/1... still hasn't "Shipped." ?‍♂️ Original delivery window as 10/23-10/29, which has now been shifted to 11/14-11/20.  When I was notified of the delay, my window sticker also became unavailable. (F250 Lariat Ultimate, ordered 1/26/22)
