Officially 5 weeks in to this "Micro Chip Hold". Continue to watch more and more be delivered to dealerships all over the country, that have the same things as mine, that went in to production weeks after mine. None within 500 miles of me, and prices are anywhere from $5k to $10K more then mine, with the same stuff in them.

According to the tracking page, it is still in production. It has been since 3/3/22. So there wouldn't be an ETA yet. I'm assuming you are on some sort of Chip Hold.

Mine is sitting with yours, on a lot waiting for chips. I was told yesterday that mine is scheduled for chip install 4/23-4/29. Hopefully they'll get these off of the lot and onto a train quickly!
Those are the dates mine has said since the beginning. Originally I was told those were my estimated delivery date. My Sales Manager told me yesterday that those are actually the start and end date they expect for the chip install. I keep seeing more and more people saying they are being given those dates. Hopefully that is a good sign, and all of ours can start getting shipped out in the next week or two.

Well, different people seem to tell me different things. Possible a chip for the HD Tow Package for the breaking. Not 100% sure though. I can't even track my truck right now on the Ford Tracking. It comes up and says Invalid VIN.

Mine was "Built" 3/24 and been sitting waiting on a chip. My ETA for delivery just got bumped from 4/29 to 5/18. I have multiple trips planned the next 2 months. My dealer told me Thursday to just plan on driving my current vehicle.

We do have wiper motors in stock. Not sure about how much we have on hand. If I hear of see anything I will post.

Yes, you are probably right. Seems way to easy to just be wiper motors, and they have to be just stacking up. I am also sure, as they are getting the parts/chips in, they are not going back to the older ones in the lot and putting them in those first. If we are at the back of the lot, who knows how long they may sit there. Seems like you may be towards the back of the lot if you have been waiting that long. Hopefully you have a dealership that's more cooperative then mine with helping you.

Thanks for the info. I’m assuming mine is one of the other 2200 that didn’t get a motor then. Is there any talk when they are expecting more? Or how often they plan to get them in? If you all are in full production, seems like more and more will just keep stacking up unless there is a steady supply of motors coming in. Hopefully mine wasn’t put at the back of the lot somewhere, lol.

Got an email from Ford last night. Says although my truck is in production, they need more time to finish it. Seems like a lot of people got the email who are waiting for cars from the KTP. Was hoping for better news this morning, and not that it’s been delayed more.

My dealer told me by checking their system. But my dealer said they do not have a contact at the factory to inquire further as to what exactly it is waiting on. I’m only hoping at this point it is a wiper motor and they do come in this Friday.

Glad to be part of this group. Currently Drive a 2016 Ford Expedition EL XLT. I have a 2022 Ford Expedition Max 303A on order since 11/5/22. Appears to be built and moved offsite waiting on a "Micro Chip".

Which means the ones being delivered to the lots, they can charge the current price on, and ours, which have the price lock in at the cheaper price, are being held up.
