Your Dealer must be an idiot. They would know from other Super Duty vehicles shipped to their dealership.

They have several different ones. I spoke to someone at the plant that’s trying to get me an answer. He told me it’s turned over to contracted services that use several carriers. So no my dealer isn’t an idiot I don’t think. But being this close to the plant they get many private auto transporters that deliver vehicles. Csx delivers from Dearborn to Nashville where again they have different carriers. Security at the plant actually got me in touch with someone in the shipping dept that found my truck, he knew the dates it was supposed to ship. He knew when it got there etc. he said he would check into it and call me back. Was more help than ford executive office and dealer. He didn’t promise he could help. But said he would find out what he could as it had been turned over to the ford contracted delivery services and was just awaiting shipping. He assured me he would call back and I have his direct number. Again it might just be another dead end. But my patience has ran out. I know some have waited longer than I. I’m just a say over a year.

    Talk to your Dealer.

Its coming convoy not rail. Dealer has no clue. He even reached out to his regional manager to see if we could pick the truck up. They have not responded to him. I have found multiple ford emails to managers at the plant and plan on reaching out, but im sure it wont help. I do have an executive office liaison but she has not been much help. she did get me scheduled but after being bumped four times on a delivery date all she can tell me is the ramp its on and there are no issues or holds and its awaiting shipment

  3. Well my first experience with Ford has been a complete nightmare. I have ordered trucks before and never seen a shit show like this. One year since i ordered truck. Its been built clean with no holds, according to Ford corporate since Oct 5. Was supposed to be delivered by truck, Oct 13, then Oct 19, then Oct 29 now as of last night i got an Email from Ford saying Oct 23-29, yet corporate and the dealer told me it updated to Nov3. I need a truck, not a email. My dealer has asked repeatedly  to pick the truck up as we are 3 hours from plant. He has to go to Nashville, TN to the rail yard to pick ones up from Michigan that come by rail and get stuck in the yard for months. At this point I will settle for a Ram or whatever I can find. I asked the executive office to give me an answer by close of business on wtf is going on so i can make a decision to walk away. Yes my dealer will get a nice truck i have waited a year on but how much longer am i expected to wait. Ford is flooding my emails about the 2023. What a freaking Joke. Oversell and under produce should be there motto.

Nobody, especially Ford, knows exactly when it will be delivered.  First it has to go by train and trains are unpredictable.  Then it waits for a truck which can be a day or a few weeks depending on the local distributor and what else is ready for each dealer.

Mine isn’t going by train. I’m only 3 hours from plant. It’s coming convoy. Maybe someday lol

  5. Ok so my delivery date by Convoy was Oct 6-12. Well of course that didn't happen. I called Ford customer service, They were no help as usual, so I reached out to my Ford Liaison who emailed me back saying new dates are 13- 19. No email from Ford. Dealer shows it still waiting. So my question is do they ship on Saturday any or will i look forward to monday disappointment again lol

    Hello all and Happy Thursday,

After over 13 months since order date - 16 June 2021 - finally got coveted Ford scheduled email this morning…2022 F250 Platinum Tremor with 7.3l, AS, 5thWP, dropped bedliner and tonneau cover.  Scheduled for week of 15 August.

Believe this only happened after reaching out to Ford Corporate via emails as suggested by someone on the Tremor SD forum…got assigned a Ford Liason a few days later.  The Liason worked with KTP Scheduling, and said if I dropped hard folding tonneau, they would move me from Priority 2 to Priority 1.  We did that a little over 3 weeks ago, and finally got picked up the third Thursday after becoming a Priority 1.

Very happy to finally get movement after being a Priority 2 for six months and unscheduled for over a year.

would you mind sharing that email. i have called multiple folks and tried to send emails with no response. ordered oct 21 dropped sliding cover and bedliner still nothing

  7. ordered 11/29 no news except the we are trying, sorry for delay email everyone got. Im awaiting that dreaded email that says cancelled because we cant build it in time. Was told they are gearing up for 2023 production, does that mean we will not get our trucks and have to start all over again. My old faithful 2008 dmax is showing signs of old age, leaks and issues starting to pop up$2,500 in repairs the last cpl of months. Shoulda had my truck by now. Especially when you see 3 or 4 arrive at the local dealer that are retail orders, ordered after mine. Guess we can keep hoping. I hope the commodity restraints improve in all industries. Its a problem we are seeing in the HVAC world also.

The member who was providing the  trackingservice  just announced today he will not be able to do this anymore.. If you look in forums under vehicle locator youll see his post.

That figures lol. Just my luck. I dont have a vin, have not been scheduled and dont really trust anything the dealer says. But i guess it will happen when it happens, or i will start all over and order a 23 from a different dealer whenever the order banks open.
