im also only about five hour drive from Louisville so I don’t imagine they are putting it on a train. I live in Chicago

Many of us noticed the same. When they shipped mine and many others, this happened too. The page goes back to order confirmed then it updates a couple hours to days later with the “shipped” status. You can probably “chat” with the support to get the shipping status. Your window sticker should show the method of shipping. (Rail or Convoy)

Yea agreed. However, I like to think there is probably lots of shipments to Chicago area.
But like i said, just immensely frustrated. If i would have just driven down to Louisville to pick it up.

Chatted with dealer this morning and becoming very annoyed.
Car has been done for 3.5 weeks and is just sitting at the plant waiting for a truck.
Live in Chicagoland so does not have too far to go.

Car was done early April. Still waiting for shipment per Ford.

Website is broken.
Talked to dealer Friday and car has been built and shipped and is in transit to dealer. They expect delivery sometime this week.

PHEV or Hybrid? My current theory is their having part shortages for PHEV.

Wife's hybrid pushed form 3/29 to 3/31

Hybrid has been schedule for week of 3/29 via website.
Also spoke to dealer and he indicated delivery around 4/10. So these dates seem to align nicely. Located in Chicagoland so the car will not have far to go.

No email notification just looking through the website.
I would agree with earlier user above that the move date to 3/1 is not a Monday this time so hopefully is the last move and reflects the true build date.

Production week of 2/24 got pushed back to week of 3/1.

Gonna add here for data point:
2023 Escape Platinum Hybrid (not PHEV) ordered in September.
Got build date of 2/4 in December and has been pushed back twice to build date week of 2/20.

All done here. Car arrived at dealer Monday and I picked up last night. Finally!
