Does anybody have any experience with using a roof mounted bike rack on the C-Max? I see Ford offers one as a dealer installed option, but looks like it's just a Thule. The roof mounted racks on the Thule web site range from $199.95 to $219.95 vs. Ford's price of $535 so I'm thinking buying direct from Thule or from a local bike store is the way to go. Not sure what model to buy though. Any suggestions?

Here is a trick/mode I did: Want your Head Lights to come on before it is really dark? I love the Ford Fusion's automatic headlights! On my Energi Titanium, they come on when it gets dark, they come one when it rains and my wipers come on (automatically). But like so many other cars I have had, they don't come on early enough for me, it has to be pretty dark. Dusk is the most dangerous time and I feel your lights should be on. I wish they would allow you to set the light sensitivity (Ford please take note) for the auto on. I have a solution that works for me. I took some regular clear tape and "tinted" it with a black permanent marker and then layered it (2 pieces worked) and covered the light sensor in the middle of the dash (reducing the amount of light getting it). This makes your headlights come on earlier or even on a really cloudy day.
