I just wanted to write here and let everyone know that if you use Facebook there is a page for "Natasha At Ford" and she is very helpful. It was the first resource I found to track my F150 order and it looks like she handles lots of other situations too. Sending people to the correct customer service phone numbers and reviewing their customer service inquires personally.
Way to go Ford for employing such a great "Social media expert" as her title reads to help us Facebook users connect with Ford!
