jerzey Posted August 5, 2009 Share Posted August 5, 2009 the current plant can deny you, if they feel they cant let people go, for whatever reason, period.sure challenge away, but it wont do any good. we have seniority for jobs, in current plant, and for retirement, etc... Let's not go there... anyway friend, (why) your plant can deny a transfer based on needs (manpower)!! We have a few leaving with 94 & 2000 sen. Plus.. I'm sure the plant that is recieving people can deny for reasons that may apply such as, medical abuser, AWOLS,. Hope this helped and good luck !
