Ckr01 Posted May 28, 2010 Share Posted May 28, 2010 I have an 08 Escape with a dealer option remote starter, 1 button with the Ford Logo on the fob. Today, I tried to use it , the engine gave half a crank, the quit. this happened twice. So I tried to "valet" it from inside the car, when I held down the button, it locked the doors, turned on the accessories, chirped about 6 or 8 times, and did nothing else. This is all it does now.
