Good problem to have actually My guess is that we are going to have a really broad definition of "incidental work". woodhaven44 Posted March 25, 2012 Share Posted March 25, 2012 (edited) Got that right. Word is Dearborn Engine is going to go to an AWS. Wonder where they are going to get the tradespeople to do it. We are short in the Truck Plant now. Look on page 197C of the National Agreement, under "Skilled Trades Competitiveness". I expect the company to use less trades, doing more work.
