There are definitely newly hired electricians in SE Michigan. If they are really laying off electricians at OHAP, Blue Oval News is not the place to be asking your question! You should be asking them at your local!

how do u know we havent done that already????,,,maybe we are hitting this thread cause we know every now and then you never know who might also hit this thread.....another thing to question......maybe we have asked locally already,,,maybe there was ??????????........maybe the new vo manager for this plant is here this week and he didnt want to see the new automation efficencies we have done to increase jph, maybe all he wanted to do was conference with the operating committee about how many heads he wants cut during this rebalance!!!,,,,maybe if your cutting heads along with upcoming retirements and the plant manager wanted to talk with the vo man about taking TPT and making them tier 2 and he got highly pissed off about that,,,the company isnt being honest abour your future??? Maybe you did ask locally already. Who knows! Maybe when my plant was cutting heads we were laid off and told there were no openings anywhere. Maybe we got hold of a seniority list from another site and discovered there were new hires there. Maybe we confronted our local about it and forced them to deal with international to keep us working! Maybe we did not post incoherent rants on BON aimed at a person attempting to help us!
