Thanks. We tried flipping the headrest around but it has such a severe angle that it really looked strange. Would the headrests that are in the middle seats fit the front seats? Could I buy them seperately?

My Navigator lease is comming up in Nov. so we were looking around this weekend. Our local Ford dealer has several Flexes on his lot. We test drove one and really liked it. Only major complaint was from my wife over her headrest. She is only 5'2" tall and the headrest forces her head forward and down. Really uncomfortable. The salesman tried to adjust it for her but no help. I notice the design of the headrest is really agressive and is not adjustable other than up and down. We also test drove the Enclave. It is a nice vechile but we liked the Flex better. With the new second seat release my wife said she could access the third row seats herself, (never could on the three Navigators and one Expy we have had) and although the Enclave salesman tried to demonstrate the ease of getting into their third row it wasn't that easy.
