Personally I like the LMP1 and LMP2 cars as they are. Ford should run a Lincoln Continental Prototype in LMP1 with a hybrid drive/Ecoboost in a Multimatic chassis.
This would be a coup detat for North American sports car racing and probably trigger Cadillac to do the same.
