When Ford is gone and you're out there in the real world.........and there is no contract or UAW to represent you............you will get all the "right to work" you can handle! The days of laying out of work, going on medical or getting restrictions will be but a memory. Likewise with all the paid holidays, paid medical insurance, personal leave, vacation and the rest of benefits that idiots like you take for granted. When you finally get a dose of reality, maybe then you will get a clue. You know what they say "you don't know what you had until you lose it".

I find it hard to believe that anyone would want bad mouth the UAW or want to withdraw. Every penny we make, every benefit we have, including sub pay and the guaranteed 40 hour week and all the buyout packages are all negotiated for the membership by the UAW. What are they thinking? It will be funny to see these people scrambling to try to get back in so they can transfer, if packages come quick.......it may me too late. I have also been told that non-members take monetary buyouts at a reduced percentage. So yea Bobby, be careful who you jump with..........it could cost you more than you thought. The same company that's putting you and everyone else out of a job...........you're siding with? Maybe you should change your handle to Big Dummy!

Yea, the Tommy Taliban is still spreading the lies about the UAW taking dues out of the buyouts and the so called mass exodus...........ITS ALL TOTAL BS, NOT TRUE. The UAW does take a dime out of ANY package and Only 8 people have withdrawn......... and guess what, its the usual suspects...........calvin, seal boy metzger (two ex-bargaining committeemen) and their friends. Tommy (ex chairman and defunct ESSP rep) tryed the same pide piper crap a couple of years ago and only managed 6 including himself and his son. I say who needed them anyway! The humor will come when all these people they have told this garbage to, finds out they were lied to. But I think most of the memebrship already knows this and this is why they are no longer in office.

Get your Big head out of the sand! Calvin was going around in trim just yesterday starting another false rumor that the UAW would take 3% or maybe more of buyout packages, handing out copies of a form letter that angie cusick authored and telling people to get out of the union..........so same dawg different day! I'm just glad he finally did it himself..........but he had to wait until he exhausted all his election protests. But you know Big Head, I can't blame Calvin from being so pissed off. If I had went out and bought a new big money, 3600 square foot home out in Deep Creek and closed on it just two weeks before the election........and lost! Yea, I would be pissed too!

It is amazing that just after the PRB (Public Review Board) renders its final decision on the last election protest from Calvin Williams and Jessie Ray-Ray Brown.........the last hope......that calvin now withdraws from the UAW and Local 919. After numerous appeals and slander that was distributed from the NLRB (National Labor Relations Board), Ten on your side, the International Executive Board and ..........yes, even Ron Gettlefinger; the decision is YOU AIN'T GOT SHIT!!! Even the NLRB suggested the local buy calculators............because all you had to do was count Sadie!! So now after all the hype and tough talk, Calvin goes back and hides under moma's coatails........or Cusick's............hey, same difference. The irony comes in to play with all the union talk about what everyone wants to hear ......... to self proclomations of deity and walking on water............to encouraging members to withdraw from the ONLY thing they have going for them..................TO FINALLY SHOWING HIS TRUE COLOURS, LIKE HE ALWAYS SAID..........ITS ALL ABOUT ME!!!
