Just got off the phone with Ford Credit trying to pay off my explorer. May I say that I have never had an experience like this before! Ford Credit is by far the fucking dumbest collection of robotic imbeciles in the world. My payment was payroll deducts but since I no longer have a paycheck I’ll have to mail it in. They cannot take a check over the phone as simple as it would be. It only took 2 hours and 20 minutes to understand that I was dealing with a group of fucking idiots.
You people are not qualified to pump out septic tanks with a siphon hose. When you receive my check you will not have to wander who its from!! Kiss My Ass you Morons !!!!!!
I happen to work at Ford Credit and i do agree with part of your statements unfortunately...if you have an issue you need to get a team leader on the phone asap!
Ok, read the damn note. NO, they will not take it if it was payroll deduct. Getting a pay off is simple. NO, THEY WILL NOT TAKE AN ELECTRONIC CHECK IF IT WAS PAYROLL DEDUCT..... I FELL LIKE i'M TALKING TO THEM AGAIN..yes that's correct, if an account has a payroll deduction flag on it, the system won't allow phone payments...whomever you dealt with should have deleted that flag so you could have made your payment.

A majority of dealers and their service departments are incompetent as hell, but then again look who's running this show at the top.
I wouldn't even consider a new Ford vehicle at this point. The service department technicans seem like they can't figure out a problem, the engineers can't either. WHAT'S THAT TELL YOU?
lets see what would happen if one of those customer service reps had a much vehicle issues as this...would it get handled?

Dora you and other women like you make me sick. I know a 2 HAPPILY married couple that have been trying for years to have children ,and because of medical reasons with the wife they cannot. .One couple lost their baby when she was 7 months pregnant.
How is it possible to have 5 damn kids with a guy and THEN realize that you shouldnt be together . Lets do the math here and see how this scenarion unfolds in Doras head (and her sorry excuse of a man husband)......
1. You have the first kid .Maybe thing are great for 9 months and thing are good for a while . Congrats.

Coming from someone who just ended paying child support, she needs to get a life, anyone asked her if she has a new boyfriend or husband? does she work FT(i hope so)? i was 100% faithful in paying what i owed and never missed and I still got shit on by my ex, and please cut the"its for the kids" line, they obviously are fed and clothed so they are hurting that much, she just "wants" more period. boo hoo so do i but i don't start this thread to cry about what i don't have. How about appreciating what you do have?

I just learned that my wife & child no longer have insurance benefits thanks to Ford. I never received anything in the mail regarding any audit and they just cancel my coverage? WTF?
Since our benefit reps have no posted hours I had to wait to find them. I had my paperwork faxed up north.
I was told it would be 3 weeks unless I called them then it would be 48 hours to re-activate. I called and the woman on the other end really did not give a crap. She said said has 600 audits to re-activate.
Right now I have a couple of prescriptions to fill with no coverage. This must be part of fords moving forward cost savings.
If this is a problem (fraud) then FIRE the employees that are responsible. Once again why is the non problem majority being affected by the minority?
So far I know of 6 people in my area that have been canceled. If the union wants to pick a fight this would be a good one to stick in someones ass and break off.
I had this same problem 2 years ago, i just faxed whatever paperwork they asked and i was reactivated 24 hours later. I did see the paperwork but stupid me, i ignored it.

If Ford needs more money to get things turned around wouldn't it be smarter to sell Jaguar first before they start to part out Ford Credit? It seems like Renault would jump right on Jaguar if Ford would sell it. I know they wanted Volvo, but my guess is Volvo and Mazda would be the last two things Ford would sell.
Ford Credit is the cash cow(though not as much lately) that Ford Motor can't afford to lose! heck the picture would have been alot sorrier if those FC profits were not there to prop up FM.

What is the record low for Ford stock? Despite all the PR and rehtoric, investors are not impressed with the "Way Forward" plan. You wonder when someone in the board of directors is going to wake up and make the radical management changes that are so despartely needed.
i stop buying ford stock almost 2 years ago, a blind man can see the train wreck coming!!

I originally responded to "Fordwife" who started this topic because she was scared by an article in the Detroit News and had questions about what is going on. I had hoped to provide her with some information and perhaps a bit of optimism since I can still recall when I had 6 years with the company and how my beloved Ford Wife would also have been worried had the company been in the same financial situation then as it is today.
While I can appreciate the fact that you may no longer have any faith in the company and think it is wrong to be optimistic, I'm puzzled by your comment "Go to Iraq." What has that got to do with what is happening at Ford and the questions raised by "Fordwife"?
I would appreciate it if you would enlighten me with a clarification of what you mean.

By "wacko thinking", do you mean people who think there is an invisible being in the sky who is controlling what is going on, on this planet. Or people who thank said invisible being for the food that they worked hard to provide for their family. Or are they the people that go to a "house of worship" to talk to said invisible being once a week, and ask for forgiveness for the sins they would not have committed had they truly believed in a higher being in the first place. I'd personally like a list of the churches that do not promote "wacko thinking", I have a feeling it is a very short list!

First of all, I am not brainwashed. I made a personal choice to be a Christian. Did I grow up in that type of enviroment? Yes I did. But, I also know people who did as well and are ardently non Christian. And I respect their personal choice. What I am saying about Ms. Roper, however, is not a condemnation of her views, rather, a condemnation of her actions. I think that there are other times and places to voice a particular point of view than at the graveside of someones deceased loved one. That is among the most insensitive and disrespectful things that I can imagine happening to the family of a lost loved one. I realize that maybe some of what I posted was a bit extreme, but , I lost a brother at the age of 24, and it is inconceivable to understand the grief these people endured and add to that the graveside ranting of those who would tell them that God hates them. I'm just saying have a heart, it is a free country, and we can say what we wish, but, at the end of the day, how much credibility a person has is directly related to RESPECT, given and earned. You say you are a christian, and believe in a higher power, right. Well this woman is saying the same thing, but her views are "very deluded and self righteous" in your mind. Why are her views about Christianity wrong, and your views are right? She has been brainwashed that her views about "god" are correct since the day she was born. You have been brainwashed that your views about "god" are correct since the day you were born. Because her "god" has different views than yours, she's a nut case.
This is what's wrong with religion, everyone has their own beliefs, and think everybody else's religious beliefs are wrong. When in fact nobody knows. Be responsible for yourselves, and your family while you are on this planet for such a short time. Quit expecting some "god" to improve your lives, and make them better. Stop thinking that some "god" is going to take you to a better place after you die. Take care of yourselves, and enjoy your friends and family, because you as individuals are the only ones who will control what happens to you in life. Remember, don't take life too seriously, you can't possibly get out of it alive!
difference here is she crosses the line by her "protests" she is causing pain to those who lose loved ones, do you want her & her group at a family members funeral of yours??? she has a right to protest until she gets in my face then she doesn't, capish?
