I happen to work at Ford Credit and i do agree with part of your statements unfortunately...if you have an issue you need to get a team leader on the phone asap! yes that's correct, if an account has a payroll deduction flag on it, the system won't allow phone payments...whomever you dealt with should have deleted that flag so you could have made your payment.

lets see what would happen if one of those customer service reps had a much vehicle issues as this...would it get handled? why don't you call 1-800-SHUTTHEFUCKUP

Coming from someone who just ended paying child support, she needs to get a life, anyone asked her if she has a new boyfriend or husband? does she work FT(i hope so)? i was 100% faithful in paying what i owed and never missed and I still got shit on by my ex, and please cut the"its for the kids" line, they obviously are fed and clothed so they are hurting that much, she just "wants" more period. boo hoo so do i but i don't start this thread to cry about what i don't have. I had this same problem 2 years ago, i just faxed whatever paperwork they asked and i was reactivated 24 hours later. I did see the paperwork but stupid me, i ignored it.

Ford Credit is the cash cow(though not as much lately) that Ford Motor can't afford to lose! heck the picture would have been alot sorrier if those FC profits were not there to prop up FM.
