  1. After buying my f 350 diesel I was excited to be able to start a new business, running a three car with a wedge trailer hauling cars.. When it dropped all of its oil on the ground at 4,000 miles because the high pressure oil pump fell off I was still optimistic, that it would be fixed and running. At 43,000 miles it needed 5 injectors had a myrad of problems that went unfixed, still sputtering along, at 53,000 kept saying water in the fuel, still running really bad, 62,000 miles in the shop again, 90,000 miles again, 119,000 miles in the shop again, More Injectors, 157,000 miles again, 163,000 5 more injectors, and a recall supposed to clear up the problems I was having, 10 miles from the shop after 5 injectors, it broke down. Still in the shop. You might ask did this person ever call ford, yes many times, did ford ever call back no. They told me to check the lemon law in my state. Not concerned with the lemon law I wanted a repairable vehicle, I wonder how many other people will get the recall for this truck and think this may help, and after have more problems just as mine has. The recall #06e17 was supposed to fix the lack of power, hard starting, rough engine operation, my truck made it 10 miles. I have asked the Ford Customer Service people about the problem not getting fixed and what would work to get it fixed the said engineers are working on the problem. The local shop says we see alot of these trucks, they see them over and over is the problem. I called the dealer I bought it from about trading it in and he wanted to give me below blue book even though it has a 4200, sleeper addition. Does not want the vehicle, he would have to sell it through a auction, not on his lot. One good note I have prevented numerous car Hauling hopefulls from buying the Ford 6.0. My problem with this truck has cost ford over 400,000 in sales, not that they care.
