Youknow I have only worked here for about 14 years. I have only heard of a few people ever getting fired for missing too much,But within a month the union has gotten them there jobs back. A year later they are missing just as much as they did before!! Even discipline doesn't work very well. Didn't we just get some folks back from the tlo ??? How many came back anyone know?? Probably not enough to help!

Anyone else hear that they are calling all the tlo's and making them say they will except a buyout or they come back to work??? I hope most of them come back maybe their will be enough people everyday!!
