On I 25 in Denver today, I saw today what appeared to be a brand new CVPI with a “shaker” hood scoop. The car looked brand new and had black law enforcement paint of some sort but graphics didn’t seemed to be all applied yet so I don’t know the agency etc. Does anyone have any information on the scoop or associated engines etc? Was this from the factory or aftermarket? Any ideas at all? Thanks
