  1. I might not have all the facts but I have many. I don't recall Springs brother or sister getting fired for a felony offense. Violating company policy/rules doesn't fall into the same category. I don't recall hundreds of union officials stealing checks from the membership either. It's not a personal vendetta but uncovering this huge coverup that went down. You've made claims in past postings that you're not from our plant but you have taken a personal interest in this topic which comes off as defensive. There are alot of people in our plant that want the truth for different reasons. Maybe you're one of the officials mentioned above? WTF?
  2. Ford did fire him for theft and they were able to prove the crime as reports were made internally by the victims, a full investigation was completed by the company and the checks were recovered after being forged and deposited into First Merit bank by BC Fred Pena. Three checks (that can be proven) from fellow union brothers were stolen and forged by their "trusted" union official. (totalling close to $10,000) He admitted to stealing them from the Union Hall. He was terminanated for theft. His grievance was withdrawn at the 3.5 stage. He did receive a buy-out package totaling $70,000 that did NOT include the option of retaining employment. Bob King, Nick Gallogly and Chris Viscome were involved with this "deal/coverup" from the beginning as their names and signatures can be found throughout all the documentation. Per public record, Fred has given credit to the "UAW Heirarchy" for helping him obtain and secure his new position at a nearby UAW represented company where he is now running for Chairman. Many of the documents that can validate these claims are now public record.
  3. The whole point is to eleviate the negativity and to weed out what (or who) is not right in our great Union. If you don't know what I'm referring to than it is understandable why you don't know what I'm talking about. But it is a problem that we are experiencing in our plant that you must not work at. Fellow Union brothers and sisters have the right to know the truth. We have the right to know who is representing us. This has been a huge coverup for almost three years. The truth of the situation is finally surfacing. No personal attacks are being posted. No false statements. No rumors or lies. Just facts based on documentation. Just as we have the right to know the truth...you have the right to not read this topic. The negativity will die when the negative leadership is removed and held accountable for their actions. Thank you.
  4. Wow! Now that ALL of the corrupt officials involved KNOW that the documents have been released...nothing but silence. No more adament defenses, no more personal attacks, no more cries of rumor and sabatoge. And the interesting twists...Nick's son works with Fred at Magna Intier. Fred is running for Chairman at Magna. Fred gave credit to the "UAW heirarchy" (quote from public record transcript) for helping him secure that position and providing him with his $70,000 buy-off. All this done after Ford Motor proved that he stole and forged three checks of fellow Union brothers AND discharged him for THEFT. And how is it that his grievance was withdrawn at the 3.5 stage AND he still managed to receive $70,000??? ($50,000 buy-out, $20,000 car credit) All facts...public records don't lie.
  5. What's Bob King, Nick Gallogy, Chris Viscome and $70,000 have in common? Here's a hint...terminated BC Pena. The tale will be told as public record can unfold the mystery behind the question. Theft WAS proven by Ford Motor Co., the grievance WAS withdrawn at the 3.5 Stage and the buy-off was completed. All facts with supporting documentation. Quite the tainted crew of UAW officials. Why did they go to such extremes to protect one Union "brother" instead of our hardworking Union "family"?
  6. The silence is deafening. Here's a hint...terminated BC Pena. The tale will be told as public record can unfold the mystery behind the question. Theft WAS proven by Ford Motor, the grievance WAS withdrawn at the 3.5 Stage and the buy-off was completed. All facts with supporting documentation. Quite the tainted crew of UAW officials we have here. Why did they go to such extremes to protect one Union "brother" instead of our hardworking Union "family"?
  7. Riddle me this: What's Bob King, Nick Gallogy, Chris Viscome and $70,000 have in common?
  8. You support what was the Pena caucus? I don't think your caucus was thinking about anyone while the BC Pena was stealing and forging union brothers & sisters checks. They weren't thinking of their members while he was depositing their hard earned money in his checking account. They weren't thinking of the membership when they hid his crime. They weren't thinking of their fellow employees when they managed to squeeze a $70,000 buy-off out of the company. Was all of this done in the name of protecting the plant? To prevent a black-eye on the company? I don't think so. It's because they "don't give a flying shit about anyone, let alone a plant full of UAW members. It's all about their caucus." And who is this "everyone" you speak of? If it's the vote (or lack there of) that you managed to pull last week...than that would be less than 200 people. Considering UAW Local 2000 represents 2, 050 hourly employees and 675 retirees of Ford's Ohio Assembly Plant located in Avon Lake, Ohio...those aren't bragging numbers.
  9. Congratulations. 10. Finally, the denial, once laiden throughout your posts, concerning the fact that BC Pena did steal and forge payroll checks belonging to fellow employees/retirees has concluded. You now appear to justify his actions by blaming others. Blame is a form of damage control. People who blame others tend to overemphasize themselves while at the same time underemphasize the negative effects of their actions. Many "blamers" have narcissistic personality disorder. Narcissism is characterized by a pattern of grandiosity, need for admiration and a lack of empathy across a variety of contexts. People with this disorder have a large sense of entitlement, show overconfident or arrogant behavior and manipulate or exploit other people to achieve their own needs. They are prone to rages when things do not go their way. These behaviours take their mind off their inherent limitations, inevitable failures, painful & much-feared rejections, and the Grandiosity Gap--the abyss between the image they project and the injurious truth. They have unrealistic expectations and inflated self-image, along with their incommensurate achievements, position, status, recognition, intelligence, wealth, and physique. FYI: Narcissism and alcoholism may share some behaviour traits, and they often piggyback one another.
  11. BC Pena committed theft and forgery while in office. He stole, forged and cashed checks belonging to other employees/retirees. A felony was committed.
  12. Your posts make it very apparent that you fear the truth. And you should. You first allege that 'lies' were told. You now allege that the plant may be in danger because the truth IS about to be told. The truth won't put anyone in the unemployment line. The only people that have endangered our jobs or this plant with scandal are those involved in the elaborate scheme to cover the felony committed by our now terminated BC. Maybe you should've been worried about "the entire system" while you condoned the criminal behavior of an elected official and aided in propigating the lies to conceal his crime; a crime which included stealing and forging checks of fellow employees. That doesn't reflect concern towards our Union brothers and Sisters. HE betrayed our Company, HE betrayed our Union and YOU support him. YOU helped conceal the felonious behavior. YOU will be responsible for what may or may not take out 'the entire system'. And in the end, everyone will know exactly who was directly involved. YOU included. It's YOUR job that's in danger...not ours. Maybe. Or maybenot. But I think so.
  13. Personally-motivated attacks spawned by fear will not stop or disguise the "serious shit" you speak of. The truth has a way of surfacing. And it's on its way to the top. We understand why you feel threatened. Fear is one of the most basic human emotions. It is programmed into the nervous system and works like an instinct. Fear helps protect us. It makes us alert to potential dangers and prepares us to deal with it. This response is known as "fight or flight" because that is exactly what the body is preparing itself to do: fight off the danger or run fast to get away. Unfortunately, you can't fight the truth and no matter how fast you run...you can't hide from it either.
  14. The truth will set you free. Maybe or...maybenot !?!?!
  15. We're setting records maybenot: I agree with you again!!! It's time to tell the truth. LOCAL 70 IN BEDFORD, I HOPE YOU'RE LISTENING!!!
  16. Because the only one that anyone is currently interested in is the one that pertains to a terminated BC that committed a FELONY while in office by stealing and forging checks of fellow UAW members. A felony that is punishable by law minus the fact it was covered up and handled internally, preventing the proper governmental agencies to pursue it. Call Mike whatever you like...merely nothing more than a pathetic attempt to disguise your fear with retaliatory comments. Your opinion, not valued. But the BC that's a CRIMINAL...a FELON...that's a title handed down by the State.
  17. Now there's a sentence I can finally agree with! And you are right maybenot because there's more to come--a "Bunch" from what I'm hearing!!!
  18. Your analogy is incorrect. Part 1 wasn't about discrediting one another initially. The party in question has already been discredited via termination. It turned into mud slinging when the topic of theft in office and buy-out information was confirmed. There are people that don't want the truth to surface. From there, the topic was locked, not allowing any further comments. I'm not a betting man, but if I were, I would suggest holding on to that paycheck.
  19. It's my understanding that Mrs. Torres (no longer a Pena) has quite the trash mouth herself as she was the aggressor in whatever situation took place yesterday. Much like her sons, she apparently feels that she is entitled to viciously attack with no repercussions. As a matter of fact, her Christian facade came down publically yesterday. So, despite age or faith, her actions mirrored that of her sons---products of their upbringing. Play the pity card, play the old lady card...ultimately no one really cares. Lesson of the day: Follow the Golden Rule, "Do unto others as you would have them do unto you".
  20. This in particular forum was about BC Pena , as the very first post can confirm. That would make me 'on point'.
  21. I see we're talking about BC Pena again. Yes that is accurate.
  22. Soup beans is a term common in the Southern United States, particularly the regions around the Appalachian Mountains. It refers to pinto or other brown dried beans cooked with smoked pork as flavoring. While soup beans might be served with any meal, they were typically the main course in a meatless supper. Beans are known for causing flatulence or excessive gas. One way to prevent this is to cook a potato in the beans. The potato absorbs the gas but be careful when you dispose of the potato because you now have a "Hillbilly" hand grenade. Coincidence?!?!

  24. Number #1 reason why 'animals' attack: 1. Feel Threatened: One of the most basic of all emotions is fear. It exists in nearly every animal species. If an animal feels threatened for any reason, its genetically programmed defense mechanisms will kick in and it will do whatever it takes to remove itself from potential danger. Luckily flight is the go-to defense mechanism for most animals. However, depending on the animal and situation, running away may not be the best option. Instead, the animal may strike, bite, battle or tear apart its perceived threat. This is the number one reason why it's important to keep a respectful distance from wild animals that can potentially harm humans — and to never keep them as pets.
