because rowe joined forces with with these political pigs.these assholes scream about anything and everything.then they submit things for the constatutional convention that reflects on are plant.like these assholes represent everyone in are plant.and the vote was from everyone in the plant at the last union meeting.thats the way these pig parasites work.are president dont have any balls at are union meetings.that would be tim donovon.hes afraid to make any waves with these assholes . so he lets them do what ever they want at are meetings. there was maybe 60 people there . he should have told them there was now knowledge brought to the membership about submitting these respective changes and until the membership as a hole is present at the union meeting and informed these proposal are not legal . but no what does are fucked up president do.he submits a proposal that also is fucked up. HEY THESE ASSHOLES DO NOT REPRESENT ARE PLANT.the uaw brothers and sisters at are local had nothing to do with these political parasites and there proposals.SO YES LOUIE THERE IS AN ELECTION COMING UP AND THESE ASSHOLES ARE IN IT AND THEY WILL STOP AT NOTHING INCLUDING SHUTTING ARE PLANT DOWN TO WIN! i will answer your question louie since these scabs/parasites wont.as far as the guy that got fired.he was a uaw member and he got a grievance reward.every uaw member has a right to that.but with the donovons / rowes/springowskis / brummits / escandons /ladikoses.only these assholes can choose who gets a grievance or settlement.and if its anyone that didnt support them.well you see how thats going.

Who are we going to tell? The company? They're in as deep at the union. The international? They're the ones covering up all this shit! So many folks are so sick of the shit going on if they took a vote to decertify it would probly pass! Ms. Pena people on here saying they're going to report you are only worried that someone who can do something about this will read this and act.

yes this did get off of the subject, what my feelings on this whole topic was ,is that i really didn't know any of the people involved and had a hard time trying to see who was right, then the wife comes on and states very clearly a little more about the person of the topic, so i would lean a lot more on the guilty and shady things that were expressed on this topic.
i have no knowlege of either party involved , so i don't think that i am trying to discredit any one , my problem is with the sorry piece of dirt who seems to care more about himself than his kids , should of kept in his pants if he didn't want to pay.

Did the rep who got fired get fired for stealing checks from the people who took the buyout?
Did he have to pay it back?
Did he file a grievance?
Did he withdraw that grievance?
Did someone - would have to be Nick or Chris Viscomi since he's our International rep - reinstate that grievance?
Did they settle the grievance by giving him a package?
I can answer some of your questions regarding the Rep that was terminated in 2007. The exact reason why they terminated his employment has not readily been disclosed and/or confirmed. He DID have to pay restitution. He DID file a grievance. His grievance WAS reopened last summer. His grievance was SETTLED and PAID last week. HE PICKED HIS CHECK ON THURSDAY, 02/11/10. FACT.
HE GOT REWARDED FOR STEALING FROM THE MEMBERSHIP HE WAS SUPPOSED TO BE REPRESENTING?

I was told that there was some agreement that Nick made with the company that the bargaining reps refused to sign - all three of them refused to sign it. What's up with that? I think we all need to see this agreement and see what's really going on. Somebody isn't being straight up and Monday is going to be a cluster you know what! Pretty bad when you can't trust the union not to screw you! SHOW US THE AGREEMENT THAT NOBODY IS AGREEING TO!

Please let the official channels handle this. What happens if a single mother believed your earlier post and told her babysitter to take the week of 8/24 as a vacation? Or what if this info is wrong and the let their child care go for that week? I understand that people need the information as timely as possible, but the wrong information does not help. Your connection to Michael give your post an illusion of legitimacy, some people believe whatever you post so giving the wrong info is especially dangerous when you do it. And no, I do not know if or when any addisitonal weeks of down time have been added.

In fact, I have herd that someone has a picture of her on their phone doing exactly that. I have talked to some individuals who watched her pick up info. right off of their work station!

I have to defend Pena here, he did get some work adjusted on my job.
But it took my partner at Nick's door, Brian Brummit's intervention, 2 1/2 years, me posting here, and the fear of his buddy's getting removed from office to get it do.
I guess it will stay like it is until the 09's are released, and then I can be punished for my dissent. The way things are run is f-cked up.

Why should it take that long and that much effort to get something done? It's only how long after the 120 clock? Man where is the accountability? Why does it only start happening a couple of week or days before a election? What does that show me? Something has been bothering me and I would like to inform everyone in local 200. Jason, maybe you can help by posting the letter that Mike and Jerry Donovan and Paul T passed out for those union members who did not get a chance to read the letter. I saw it last night. I am not a computer wiz. I count on my husband for that kind of stuff and he is somewhere between Kuwait and Iraq right now..... Anyway. They mentioned that they want change and one of the things they plan to do is have open jobs posted within two days.....
Folks listen up please, Nick Galogly and Bruce Yates wrote a resolution for our local agreement putting this in our last contract. It is already our right. I just went through this in trim on nights. There were several good jobs (group leader and relief) that were being filled everyday by G.U.'s. When I asked management about it..... they told me " it is the quality of people they want not the quantity of people for those positions." yet they were complaining about not having enough people to run. If they filled all of these open jobs then the G.U.'s would be free and give them more versitility . Management did not see it that way. If your committeeperson will not write the grievance... go to your B.C. I did. Bruce wrote the grievance and all the jobs were put up for bid and filled. It is up to all of us to notify the union if we feel something is not right. They have thousands of jobs to track. I am suprissed that our two B.C.'s did not know this already or are they just trying to say they will do something that is already done and is our right. I told Bruce he should put out a letter to notify those folks who do not read blue oval. I think this is very important for everyone to know and since we have so many new people joining us from other plants, I think this is an important piece of info. we need to all work together to get things done. A few of people can not do everything but they can make a big difference! :happy feet:
Doesn't Nick have to sign all the job bids? That's what I was told when I asked when a job was being posted.

I just keep seeing people going on rumors and personal shit. Nobody is saying anything about stuff in the plant thats really important. People keep throwing mud for Nick or Jerry but we haven't heard from Nick or Jerry personally. I asked Jerry when I saw him and I'm going to ask Nick when he comes around about this. Jerry said he wasn't throwing mud and was going based on issues and facts. Good enough. I read Nicks letter and it was a decent letter. I'm just waiting to talk to him when he comes around to see what he thinks of this. It doesn't do nothing for our local but make us all look bad. And it makes your candidate look bad.
