Theres a lot of us that know that theres some stinky shit going on in our local but a lot of folks are afraid to say anything because they are afraid of the union getting back at them. Who are we going to tell? The company? They're in as deep at the union. The international? They're the ones covering up all this shit! So many folks are so sick of the shit going on if they took a vote to decertify it would probly pass! I was told that there was some agreement that Nick made with the company that the bargaining reps refused to sign - all three of them refused to sign it. What's up with that? I think we all need to see this agreement and see what's really going on. Somebody isn't being straight up and Monday is going to be a cluster you know what! Pretty bad when you can't trust the union not to screw you! SHOW US THE AGREEMENT THAT NOBODY IS AGREEING TO!

I knew it was going to be hot and heavy in here today but man I had no idea! Why should it take that long and that much effort to get something done? It's only how long after the 120 clock? Man where is the accountability? Why does it only start happening a couple of week or days before a election? What does that show me? That they know how to do and it can be done but they are just too fu&%$@g lazy to do it or just don't give a damn. I'm starting to think its both. I'm with the one chick on here who said she was voting for people who did something for her. And then I'm voting for anyone who hasn't been in office since the consolidation because ever since the whole thing came together is when everything started falling apart!

Doesn't Nick have to sign all the job bids? That's what I was told when I asked when a job was being posted.

I just keep seeing people going on rumors and personal shit. Nobody is saying anything about stuff in the plant thats really important. People keep throwing mud for Nick or Jerry but we haven't heard from Nick or Jerry personally. I asked Jerry when I saw him and I'm going to ask Nick when he comes around about this. Jerry said he wasn't throwing mud and was going based on issues and facts. Good enough. I read Nicks letter and it was a decent letter. I'm just waiting to talk to him when he comes around to see what he thinks of this. It doesn't do nothing for our local but make us all look bad. And it makes your candidate look bad.
