Part of free trade agreemants give credits dollar for dollar for buyouts,when jobs are created over seas as a protection to workforce in united states.nafta ,pan am free trade agreemants and all other free trade partners. These protections were slipped in thanks to democrats preferably (MR Bill Clinton)when agreemants were past so see its cheaper to give you money just to get off the books rocky
