Did OHAP pass the COA way back when?

once upon a time an engineer told me we would get the F100 at LAP, I recently asked again and he wasn't so sure. If the 25% tariff is lifted for shipping vehicles in from Thailand, expect the F100 to be built there.

Many different articles I have come across the internet say the F100 along with a new Mazda B series is due around 2010, many of these articles are dated 2005 though. Also, I read it will be built on a redesigned T2 platform slated for 2009. The T platform is Ford Motor Company's large SUV automobile platform. It is based on the P2 platform used in the company's pickup trucks. It is available in rear wheel drive and all wheel drive with V8 engines.
