I don't think NAP workers need to concern themselves with transfers. Espeacially to DTP. I can't see the local gov't in MI. allowing ford to transfer workers to there state when they already have a high number of people on the street. Threre will be heavy lobbying you can bet that. I personally am not familliar w/ that language in the contract, but I know we at ORF don't have any language involving placement. Regarding closing NAP that close to contract negotiations (the wizard) why not hold off until the contract is completed and screw everybody. That would be thinking logically and we all know this is ford I'm talking about. I think were all in agreement to the fact that ford is in major trouble. I hope buyouts are offered but if you do the math it looks far cheaper to keep people on unemployment and SUB till the end of the contract and send them on there way. Lastly, I hope all of you are preparing for nothing so that if you do get something Its unexpected.
