  1. [quote name='Shoman594' date='Feb 22 2007, 08:54 AM' That reminds me it looks like the "Showroom of Tomorrow" ended up being pretty secure without any photo leaks. That in its self is a feat.

Maybe there was nothing there exciting enough to risk getting caught for. ;)

You guys are killing me! haha I hear the On-Road Explorer is supposed to be pretty nice. Maybe we'll see a deck'd out sports version in the near future.

I say bring the Thunderbird back to compete with the Vette. The Mustang can't do it alone. GM has the Camaro, Vette, and that new Pontiac. And this Stingray or SS version is going to close any gaps left from the Z06. Ferrari might get their butts handed to them this time.

  2. Due to multiple Ford dealerships that have told me in so many words to go screw myself and to "go sue Ford", I will suggest to anyone contemplating the purchase of a Ford vehicle to avoid it like the plague. I will do everything I can to let them know how bad Ford Motor Company and their dealerships treat their customers.

This is Ford's idea of Customer Care - You were a Customer ... we got your money ... Now we don't Care.

You have no idea how true this statement is until you have a serious issue with your Ford vehicle. Ford doesn't care at all about customer service and their dealerships care even less.

Sorry your company experiences have been bad. I've always had a blast at my local Ford dealership. I'll go in for an routine oil change and spend most of the time chatting with their staff. Deacon Jones Ford, Lincoln, Mercury in Goldsboro NC. Ill drive across the US just to buy another vehicle from them. They got their shop in check. :banana piano:

  3. So I guess this is the *4 door Mustang* I was hearing about. Maybe we'll see a performance version of this vehicle in the future. Someone chop those back doors off, I want to see a coupe. Show us the next Thunderbird! GM will have the Camaro and Corvette in the near future. The Mustangs are still hott, its time for a different look though. Any challengers on the photochop?

  4. Wow! That's what I'm talking about Ford. One small step at a time is okay, but this is a leap! Sponging in the name "Interceptor" I'm thinking Crown Vic. The police squads chase the Hec' outta peple in them. It has to be the Panthers new replacement. So seeing this sketch means the Lincoln towncar gets a redesign in the near future. Im pleased with this sketch and after Ford gets all the attention from the real concept vehicle. They will have no other choice but to put it into production. Hope the police force don't contract Dodge or Chrysler for their new squad cars. I'd freak out first time I didn't get chased by one of my *Own*. A Ford product.

This is big news for me.

  5. Surely Lincoln can do better than this. A BMW M3, Lexus IS500, Cadillac CTS V killer has to look alot better than this. Maybe the performance is top notch, but that's not everything. If it looks faster, it'll sell faster. Take notes from the Europeans, PLEASE.

The tires are a plus though. Good job with those tires. The real concept better look DIFFERENT!

  6. Add that flat body look from the earlier Continental's. The late 1960's look is the best production model look. It still looks pretty good. Im fed up with Adobe Photoshop. Got to find a different system.
