We have a contract until 2011 n we gave up alot i will vote no every time and encourage others to do the same .IUAW is in bed with Ford and I don't trust them anymore.

And when they become the majority two contracts from now ,the company would offer them six dollar wage to 20 dollars and decrease our wages to their level ,they will vote yes ,i know i would if my wages were frozen fo 6 years.They were going to freeze our wages at 28 dollars for 6 years too.I don't trust IUAW anymore ,how could they vote them self a wage increase in their salaries while we gave up all bonse those concessions in March ,plus they maintain cola increase in their 2nd pension from our union dues.Most people don't know ,but they have 2 pension one just like us from Ford and other fron IUAW and they only have to be member for five years inIUAW to get it and they have a better health insurance ,our locals need to get together and vote them or get the teamster union to reppresent us.
