Hi KD05GT,I understand exactly what you are going through. I called the ERL at least 20 times and it could never understand the body code. I would keep telling me about another one. The best way to find out about your car is to call Ford Customer Service and get the person to tell you exactly what is going on with your car. I did it every couple of days and I found them to be very polite and helpful. Good Luck
