That's prolly for the 4 crews in crank. However there are spots all over.... So who knows might have a choice or be assigned by the company to an area... Machining is preferred jobs so idk.

most of the plant(non skilled) is on traditional shifts. pv6 side is 2 shifts(days and afternoons) d35 is 3 shift traditonal yeah decent amount of OT. assembly has one weekend every two or so same for pv6 in machining 3 crews(except for crank, crank is going 4 crews in nov) machining has more OT lots of good people and good jobs here, there is a few bad apples(mainly some of the idiots with big mouths that transferred down...aka trashfers) big hint, if u do come down dont be liike that. cost of living is cheaper,,,lima city kinda sucks, but outskirts is ok. and country is better.

and you figures are based on what exactly? ranger hasnt been sold since 2011, there are many sales lost due to this, going to gm and more, and i said its not just RANGER its a whole new platform, ranger/bronco/(lincoln) prolly 4 models when all is done your name is partially right, u are marginal.

then why they laying people off? if they are so awesome volume, its also the fastest assembly plant ford has. so yeah out of those ford does not make that much profitt on each as well yeah its more then just volume. so its only half right quit being shallow and look at the whole issue

once again your WRONG, focus is not so hi volume(aka laying a shift off) and really not that profitable till you go overseas the ranger/bronco/etc will be a platform on its own, its much better then the way u make it out to be
