This is the 2nd time I am replacing fuel tanks in my 2002 E350 due to a rusty sludge in the tank. I only put diesel in the tank,no biofuel. My warranty is 12 months or 12000 miles. I am 400 miles over the 12k miles but within my year. Do I have any recourse? I am beyond mad that because of their defective product I have to shell out $4000 in fuel tanks in 11 months!!!!
