Jack Demmer ....they are blaming a crack in myt front facia for my ac not working even after I brought it in last year after I had a problem they re charged it and now this year charged me 700 bucks for it and tried to blame it on Ford saying a rep from the company looked at it(my truck was there for 1 day) how is that possible

I am at the DTP...and before anyone votes they should seriously think about the choices!!!!!!!I know change is good but is change to people at parts plants that have never spent a minute on the line the right choice to lead us? how do they know what we are going through?
