MY company vehilce does not have power boards, nor does my personal vehicle that I just ordered, ordered it without power boards. Michigan and Ohio winter weather is so crappy that Im not going to deal with issues. Not worth the hassle. Besides it is a truck and they look nice! EB and Limited Editions..

I know you don't want to hear this, but here it goes. IF I was having this experience I would walk into the dealership ASAP demand my deposit back and go somewhere else. Cause if they are not going to do things right from the get go, why would you continue working with dealership? Now mind you had they been forthcoming from the beginning, or called and say we screwed up, blah blah. They didn't so, get your deposit back and walk.

Simply a bad dealer, no reason why the order was not entered into the system! Anyone can walk in and order whatever hell they want.. Did you put money down?? I bet you did.. SO if I was you, I would cancel the order and take ur money elsewhere... Or demand free oil changes or some cash from the dealer for the hassle. Perhaps they need to go back to customer service school! This has my blood boiling! If you will PM me the details.. I would like to persue this further!
