2007 Expedition runs rough at idle or in park

I had an 07 F150 that had that problem from the get-go. Several times in the shop with no resolution. I've now got an 08 Navigator that is so smooth you don't know it's running. I figured they make the Fords run rougher so they can charge more for Lincolns.
