Hi All I have a 90 Ranger,Ext cab, 2.9 6cyl, 5 speed, 4x4. The backup lights do not work. Multi meter shows there is no power getting to the sockets so I would imagine it would be in the switch on the 5 spd trans or maybe in the harness. All the switches on the tranny appear to me attached but there's I think 3 of them and I don't know which is which. I have not got a chiltons for it yet. From what I recall the parts store manuals do not cover simple stuff like troubleshooting backup lights. Anyone have any suggestions as to where I should look next? Any common failure points on these older Rangers that I should look at first? Thanks in advance for any thoughts or advice on this. Bill
