Just wondering what happened to Bill Bagwell and his website? Did NASCAR shut him down or something? Can't help but wonder..............

Seems that Hondas reputation has been earned, not forced on you, as is the case with Toyotas and their neverending quest to brainwash you into thinking their way :gang: !!!!!!!!!!!!

Apparently the ride is supposed to be that good that the sushi chef can make his stuff without cuttin himself up or missin any bones in the fish.......... I don't think they're that good...sorry Toyota, Honda still has you beat!!!!!!!!!

Yeah I'm not as bad as some people think............gonna be at least a couple more years yet before I consider something new again....still like my Hondas, but I will be keeping an eye on domestics from the past few years to see how they turn out, so there is some hope yet.... :shades: So I have toned it down, just so everyone knows, and now personally, I think that the domestics do deserve a fair opinion....sorry that I pissed off a lot of people here.... :beerchug:

I have toned it down a bit since tho..........I'll give the domestics a chance...they just have to prove it that they are making quality gains(both short term and long term) before I consider them......past bad experiences with domestic service departments that's all............ I like the Verve/Fiesta by the way......would maybe consider that.........and maybe an F150 as well.

Oh my...since I was last on here,the domestic crybabies have been soiling their little diapers again, because of the simple fact that Toyotas and Hondas still reign supreme and unless GM and Ford get their act together, they will always be far behind............. Simple fact is...Toyotas and Hondas have higher quality..it's only now that the domestics are trying to catch up..........long way to go yet people.....why do you think that Toyota and Honda MAKE billions and the GMs and Fords LOSE billions? You tell me...........

I pay no attention to those....they're nothing.............talking to the everyday owner and mechanic out there, CBC Marketplace, A.P.A(Automobile Protection Association) and Lemon-Aid Guides are the info I go by....... What other author, other than the guy who writes Lemon-Aid, has been kicked out of big car shows by the Big 3's security because they are afraid of him cuz he tells it like it is to people visiting these shows, about the Big 3's quality problems, increasing loss of marketshare, etc. He even helps uncover secret warranties and how to take the automakers to court as well. The A.P.A is known for uncovering the vast defects and deficiencies of the domestics, plus keeps an eye on car dealers, new or used, and have performed hidden camera investigations on things such as selling consumers salvaged vehicles that have been refurbished and their histories covered up and odometers tampered with. When these people are cornered afterwards, they are kicking and screaming because they were found out. CBC Marketplace, for example, did a recent investigation about Ford pickups front end problems concerning tie rod ends falling off while moving....they contacted Ford of Canada, and they would not talk.....Marketplace's reporter asked why, and the guy's words were" You don't win when you talk to Marketplace", and hung up. I've spoken to lots of independent mechanics over the years, and they have all said that Fords, GMs and Chryslers have far more problems and don't last nearly as long as Hondas and Toyotas, Mazdas, and even Volkswagens.
