The only thing you seem to know about the appeal has been expressed on this board and that seems to be ABSOLUTELY "NOTHING". Your right you can't say anything about our LEADERSHIP. We have a competant, educated TEAM, what can you say for yours?

How would you know what Tulsa is getting from their Committee, when you don't even live here??? Do you think this board is the answer to everyone's questions? Read the posts, most are specualtion and rumor. The only thing you can do is bash Tulsa, their membership and leadership. Sounds to me like you are missing out on a lot of "LIFE" or maybe you desire to be part of your Bargaining Unit and don't have the ability to be in that postion (IT TAKES BRAINS)!!! Some people want something so bad they have to post *bs* or bash others on here to feel important. You are so worried about what's going in Tulsa and you live WHERE? What do you know about the appeal? You know nothing other than what the naysayers post on this board.

My thoughts exactly, they wanted Tulsa more than any of them....Everyone is jumping to conclusions, I will laugh my a$$ off if Ford and Price try to renegotiate this deal. After all Ford wanted to keep the Fabrication side FORD (without paying FORD employees), and give the Architectural to Zeledyne. Rumors....Food for the ignorant!

Did you read the CONTRACT? Evidently not or you would see what protections we would have had under that CBA, NOTHING. No guarantee of hours, no attendance policy, no health and safety language...ON AND ON.... The point is this, hypothetically every employee could have reloaded, then they would be picked and chosen, and terminated, with no language to protect their jobs. Then the $11.50 per hour workers would be hired. The CBA didn't offer protect to either FORD, or TEMPS. Everyone knew that there would be cuts made to wages, benefits etc...but there is more job security in the UNEMPLOYMENT line than what was presented to the membership. Why even hassle with being a UNION contract, when the UNION would have no means of representing their employees.

This is worst than any gossip column....Let's find something to DREAM up about Tulsa today.... I have always thought that we shouldn't pit the two plants against each other, but since you brought it up, the only problem with shipping our parts to Nashville is the QUALITY isn't there, we get the parts back with defects and rejects, Nashville doesn;t have to capacity to take us OVER overnight. Keep dreaming.....JUST RUMORS AND SPECULATION!!! Funny that you are already spreading "RUMORS", the vote took place over the weekend, and today is a UAW negotiated HOLIDAY, no information is coming out TODAY. The PRICE wasn't right, we didn't want a MANAGEMENT CONTRACT, we wanted a Labor Contract!!!

It was hard to read....but in all REALITY it contained a lot more language than Tulsa's and was overall a better contract. I didn't see any guarantees of a 40 hour work week, that may be because of the way it was posted. How many people are in Monroe Plant?

Ok, Captain....Do you have proof that Tulsa's closing? If so present it.....Tulsa was WANTED more than the others, so explain???

Obviously you don't know him too well, because he told our entire membership, the offers would still be available except for the 2 flowback offers.
