Locksmith

I was told by a previously reliable source that flow backs for Skilled Trades is projected to be available for people who have '83 or earlier senority. The rest (including me if this is true) will be JSPed. Those that are not picked up will be "forced out" at the end of this contract with a buy out. He says Ford's expects to pick up very few people who actually go to JSP. Anyone else hear this rumor or something similar to it? The guy is usually trusworthy, but forcing people out at the end of contract seems like something the UAW wouldn't do.
