I don't know if Ford Executives or Management actually look at this Forum or not but I would like to discuss Consumer Incentives with one on a recent purchase of a Mustang with the Bullitt option package. If anyone knows how to get around the script reading call takers at the Customer Relations Center yeah I know its funny what they call it not much in the way of encouraging customer loyalty at least with the 2 I have talked to, I would really appreciate it if any Blue Oval forum members could provide some insight or information. I don't know if this is the right place to ask this but I was wanting to know if anyone can PM me some names and contact information such as e-mail address, phone, snail mail address of executives who deal with customer satisfaction issues that can not be resolved at the customer relations center level. Any help would be appreciated. I am in the SE Virginia area, a regional Ford person would be fine as well. Thanks fellow Blue Oval members. :reading:
