  1. You are dilisional. But the local finances are up..Not becuse of Cal Clark. Because the cuts our President made in the beginning of the term. LT should just finish off this Last Term like he promised all of us he would do. Natalie is his Girlfriend he is trying to run for office about as smart as a stone. I am sure he is rubbing off on her..in more ways than one!
  2. I have no idea who you are. There are a few people who use this id. I don't even know them all.
  3. Now elec, you know damn well Dave Dooley and neil Wallyn and Jerry Payne did the agreement to let the shafts and the case assy go. Do you want to see the agreement to refresh your memory or should we just let it go?
  4. Which plant are you from? We did 2 coa's and 2 national agreements at our plant and recieved nothing in return. we havent had new work in almost 10 years. I mean somthing we didnt make already. RDU would be great for our plant. I can see permanent layoffs without it, in our plant, we just picked up almost 200 local 400 people and rumor is we are getting more. Where are we going to work if we don't get work? sub lasts 21 weeks then I would be on tap for 21. I don't want any concessions but I want to work. New Work is the best job security is'nt it?. I would be pissed off too if sterling was promised work and did'nt recieve it. That one has'nt happend to us yet. I hope we don't see that one either. I did not relize that you were promised work and not recieved it. We were alwyas promised to "look for work" we thought that was just bullshit until now. I am not farmilar with many other plants except on the eastside.
  5. Again, I am going to repeat myself..I am not for or against the agreement yet. I am not for a NO Strike clause, I would also turn it down. Jeff was not excited about this deal but has an obligation. He has been working on getting work for our plant for for a while now. Infact, he said we were about to get work and many of us did not believe him. So you understand, I am glad he was not bullshitting us. Again, many of us believed he was. I am glad he was being honest, I see proof of that in the news article. I did'nt create this thread. I know for a fact he did not even want to go down there to negotiate, so he felt the same way everyone of us feel. He was elected to do so, so he really has no choice and if he was'nt there would Sterling get work or would we be forgotton like the last 4 agreements before he was at the bargaining table? You think louisville assembly and cleveland rouge and wayne/mich assy did'nt get work because their negotiators were at the table??? How about skilled, looks like they got a decent deal by comparison to GM and Chrysler agreement. There negotiator had nothing to do with that? So what do Negotiators do??? Maybe I am confused about this?
  6. They can't cut your pay in arbitration...we can't improve it either...unless the uaw and ford agree to...the way i understand arbitration. I am not an expert..I just think we ought to listen first and judge after. Why is that so hard ? Also I am very proud of our president for getting the eastside commitment to work..that is all he is there for in my opinion to get us all work..just like the rest of the negotiators. So what wrong for giving credit where credit is due..he has been stuck negotiating for almost 2 years out of the 3 years term and assholes say he has'nt been doing anything. That is just a flat out disgrace and bold face lie. While uniondick just loves him some Cal Clark, Neil Wallyn, Frank Saez and Tim Williams..you know the dream team...because they are all dreaming if they think they are getting re-elected.
  7. And what exactly is that. I am just letting people know its not what we thought it was going to be...it's better...I am not saying vote yes...I am saying lets hear it before we start saying NO... If you can't follow that get on the short bus with uniondummy!
  8. You are as ingnorant as you are political....Your telling me Jeff Terry had nothing to do with getting new work?? If it is in the national agreement Jeff did it!! Period end of story...do you expect people to believe that load of bullshit your pumping? That is the funniest thing I have ever heard.. Don't be jealous Neil and Cal, Jeff has outworked both of you guys in the past 5 years as our President...What have you guys done? Lert me ask you this.....Who is responsable for bringing in work in our union besides all of us members?? Jeff Terry had nothing to do with it??? While Neil played golf got 5 years Laryy just got here and Dave has been gobne for almost 2 years now? Kenn Gafa? I agree he helps but lets be very clear...This is all Jeff Terry. Kenn just got the job 2 days ago. Nice way to try to delfect one more good thing Jeff has done for Sterling....I guess Bob King lies also about the work Jeff brought in.. So Neil I say thanks for nothing in the 8 years you been elected , you dont have one thing on your resume like Jeff..let alone the 20 he has...
  9. I am going to eat some brkfst, you eat a dick!
  10. Domkey, If I pull my johnson out of my pants will you kiss it? Thats sound really fair to me. You can put all the fancy articles up you want...you have proved nothing but that your an ass. I am not sure I even understand your point. I read the contract, but if your telling me you have inside knowledge hen enlighten us!! You have done nothing to help on this site...All you do is say vote NO and fuck the UAW...well buddy fuck you. In Solidarity, Blow me
  11. Are you so sure your plant will make it to 2011? That is what concerns me...but hey if your not concerned for your plant neither am I.
  12. Steve, what did they give up? Sound like we are getting more than giving this time. We always had parity on the total cost of the agreement, maybe not the specific rules I agree. I hope you and your team is push a NO vote. We have open floor space at Sterling. :shades:
  13. We still have the right to strike if the do not give us the products to keep our plants open!! So what would be the issue? OHAP? Walton Hills? Cleveland? they all are getting new product from what I was told.
  14. hey you guys have some characters over on the westside also..we might be like a sopranos series but you guys are like the movie slingblade. I recon so... :reading: Eastside Hoe!
  15. No sure did'nt...I did hear somthing about they wanted electric to get thier chance at a buyout eventually. But that was just some ramblings..I will ask him tomorrow, I am having brkfast with him for the 411 in better detail.
  16. I agree, but your missing a simple point...arbitration for wage improvements and benifits ONLY!!!!!
  17. Jeff? You sound just like our Pres...
  18. Well for one new work is all over this agreement..2 assembly plants that have no product now do have product.. Sterling Romeo Livonia Rawsonville cleveland milan etc...... all have new work guarenteed. we are getting 1k bonus in march (thats like a christmas bonus back for the next two years.) skilled trades does'nt have to do the stupid shit GM and Chrysler have to do..(which by the way is going to fail GM and Chrysler miserably) 2 trades is the most unproductive thing we could ever do...if trades goes to production they keep thier rate of pay!! How much more did you expect to get? For what we are giving is sound far better than GM and Chrysler and Far better than what I expected..
  19. yeah that would be great pass all the stuff we like and turn down all the bad stuff..If Ford Gm and Chrysler don't like dealing with us now, I am sure they will speed up outsourcing if we tried somthing like that.. I just don't see how that would work..Pattern bargaining is a better way....it is Walter Reuthers way! I am for following his system vs. a new one but that is me.
  20. I get the idea and like it..but I am sure we will never get that opportunity! I don't ever remembering being able to do that. How would any agreement pass? If you don't like the fact they go back to negotiate every year, that would be even worse..
  21. Thats cool just can't stand when retards vote on somthing they are clueless about! Vote No because I'm mad, mentality is a real injustice to the rest of us who care about our future. If we are voting no or yes on principles I can accept that much better , no matter your personal choice! Would you agree with me?
  22. Hey fuckface, why don't you drink a tall glass of shut the fuck up and die! fuckoff on outta here already ballbag!
  23. I am glad to tell you it does'nt...read anything like that...not sure about entry level just know it is about the same just maybe a little better. This part sounds farmilar but not the rest of that bullshit!(wage and benefit improvements to be based upon (Ford) maintaining an all-in hourly labor cost comparable to its U.S. competitors. Isn't that what we do now? Are'nt we there now? Does this agreement help that situation in the future? I think so.
